+ 1 moreThe work this company did for me appears to be great, but my concern now is to make sure it works for the long term. I did look them up with the BBB and Angie's List and they had good ratings on both. I am still waiting for a heavy rain to definitely tell how this whole new sewer system works. I am hoping it makes a big difference and that it prevents further plumbing. In terms of the company while we were dealing with them though, I want to say they were professional, helpful, polite and they worked hard. We were happy with the price and they seemed to have their act together.
Description of Work: Expert Building Maintenance dug up the front of our yard all the way to our sewer line. They cut into the sewer and put a pump or a valve in there. One valve shuts off the water from the main sewer line. There is also a pump so any water that comes from the house that you are using will be pumped right back into the sewer.
