Amazing customer service. Husband/Wife team came out and measured each window to insure they were ordering the correct sizes (did not just assume that three windows next to each other were the same size). Plenty of options, our price point was higher because we choose cordless blinds. Installation went very smoothly and quickly (about 3 hours for blinds in the whole house and over sliding door). They were absolutely meticulous! I did not even realize the blinds over the sliding glass door were originally crooked until they spent the time to correct them because they could see what I couldn't! Warranty on the blinds is great too from the company. Would recommend them to anyone!

Couldn't ask for more. Sales rep was very personable, offered good suggestions and, most importaintly, got all measurement rght! Installation was completed as scheduled with NO problems encountered.

They did a good job! They were very professional about it, and their clean up was good! Their prices were also fair. As a suggestion for them I think they should come out with samples so their customers can see the drapes, we went with just the pictures. But overall, the prices, punctuality, time span of doing the job and workmanship was all very good!

Tom and Holly Kloth came out with samples and took measurements. They were both knowledgeable and professional. They listened to what I wanted and offered great advice. Within 2 weeks my shades were in and Tom came by to install them. They look great and are just what I wanted. I would and will highly recommend Holly and Tom to my friends.

Holly and Bob were very professional and friendly. They delivered the order within three weeks. The installation went smoothly and very professionally.

It turned out some fine; it was excellent. It was easy. They came out and measured and sized them right and hung them. I was in a hurry and didn't get too many estimates.

Overall, things went great! I first met Matt at our scheduled appointment in December for vertical blinds to be chosen (lots of choices to look over), windows measured, and guarantee/warranty details and my questions to be answered. Installation was scheduled when the vertical blinds that I chose arrived and an appointment was made for early January. Matt, who was the sales rep and very personable, was also the installer (good idea) and arrived promptly to install my new vertical blinds. As he began working, he took down the old curtains and hardware that were there and quickly and efficiently installed the new verticals - until one patio door, two plate glass windows, and one window were complete. Since my appointment was late in the afternoon, before proceeding, Matt did ask if his work would interfere with our dinner time and would be able to work around it if there night be interference - but in our case - that was not an issue. Upon completion, Matt demonstrated the do's and don'ts of the vertical, placed the spare verticals on the valances so I would know where they were if ever needed, waited for questions, and then he cleaned up and was gone. I was left with new verticals that gave my rooms a much needed facelift and pleased with the experience. All was good!

My wife and I got a mailer from Budget Blinds and called to set up an appointment. Nancy was (and continued to be) very friendly, personable and helpful. We schedule our appointment and she arrived promptly. During her consultation, she was NOT at all pushy and nor did she feel like a salesperson, which was quite refreshing. We talked to her about the colors that we were going to paint the walls (we had some sample spots which came in really handy) and she gave us her feedback on what types of colors/blinds to get. My impression is that she might not offer her detailed feedback on color/blind type choices unless you request it. She seems to have a good sense of design so I'd suggest picking her brain to see what she thinks. She helped us decide the width of the blinds and suggest going out to the trim since the blinds could not be placed in the inside of the windows (we have an older home). She also informed us that the blinds have a guarantee that come with them...and I think it's for 5 years...? Maybe longer? If any of them get mangled they replace the blinds for free...that really impressed us. Way beyond just a vanilla warrantee. The selection of faux wood and fabric blinds were impressive and seemed good quality. We were lucky in that my wife and I were able to narrow down our choices pretty quickly but I'd imagine others might become a little overwhelmed with the amount of choices that she has to offer. Given this, I'd suggest having a rough idea of what you think you'd like (i.e., type of blind, what you can spend, general textures and colors you might want). The selection of blackout blinds was limited to the black/white palete. We settled on fabric blinds for the entire house and selected the amber with chocolate striping (that would cover the strings/holes) for the living room and kitchen. We also selected the taupe blackout blinds with white striping for the bedrooms. For all windows we went with the larger, molded and white valance. We were a little concerned about how these would look on two windows that were right next to each other and on the corner of the house. Nancy took the measurements and we crossed our fingers that it'd look okay. Nancy asked us for 1500 down and we were able to pay with a credit card. She stated that she'd give us a call when the blinds were ready in order to schedule installation. About 2-3 weeks later we got a call from her and we scheduled the installation for a few days later. Two men arrived shortly after the scheduled time and got right to work. They were courteous, professional and really seemed to know what they were doing. They made sure to match all of the blinds to the appropriate windows and did not hesitate to ask me questions. There was a little confusion regarding one set of blinds but we figured out that they were for the two odd corner windows I mentioned earlier. As they worked they took care to clean up after themselves and were quite efficient. There had been a missing piece to something so Nancy stopped by to drop it off while they were working on the installation. 90 minutes after they arrived they had finished putting up all 12 of the blinds and we were floored with how wonderful they looked. I was so amazed with how wonderful they looked that I just wanted to stand there and stare at them! As for the odd corner window, Nancy had done well. Despite the close proximity of the windows, it all looked great. Anyway, when they were finished they asked us where we'd like to put the boxes that the blinds had come in and were on their way. After further inspection, we did notice a couple of small loose strings that came from the fabric striping. Other than that, we haven't found any defects in the manufacturing. Overall, we're really happy that we found Nancy and DEFINITELY intend on using her services in the future and recommending her to friends and family.

Nancy is great! She came out and measured and worked with us to get the best price and the best quality blind for my windows. I have heard from others that use her that she does a great job. I have referred her to a couple of friends already.

Nancy came to my home promptly at the pre-arranged day and time. I knew exactly what I wanted. Measurements were precisely taken. She explained to me different options in this type of blind and color choice. I told her what I wanted. She gave me the price for the blinds. I ordered the that day. Nancy called me when the blinds came in. I needed to delay the installation a week. This was not a problem. The installers arrived promptly on the day and time agreed upon. Installation took less than an hour. The installers were friendly, polite and professional.

Matt came out with samples spent time assisting me with finding flat panel roman shades that also came in a panel track so I could replace my verticals which are on the same wall as the windows. They had a product that made the flat panels and also offered the panel track in the same fabric. Took about 4 weeks for the order to come in. We had to remove the existing window treatments before he came to install the new. The head rail was missing for the panel track however they have now contacted me to set up time for Matt to come back and install. Overall pretty satisfied. I'm not sure I would get the roman shades top down bottom up - the way the windows are situated and with the furniture arrangement its a pain to get to the pulls to adjust the shades up or down - but I like the way they look. Matt was very personable and great to work with.

They told me up front that it would take them about 3 weeks to get to me because they were very busy. Once they did, they were fast, professional, courteous and great at being responsive. They were great!
