AAA Appraisal was first rate throughout the entire process. Spent the time to dig into the property details and sourced high quality comparable properties to help determine fair market value. Appraiser was very thorough in his assessment and had a strong knowledge of the market. He was extremely efficient in scheduling and producing a formal report within a timely manner. Having worked with a number of Appraisers over the years, this has by far been the most seamless process.
