+ -1 moreThe owner of Rethink Electric is very disorganized. He failed to submit proper paperwork to the electric utility, causing us to pay double for the electricity that was produced until we contacted the utility directly and turned off the solar implementation for several weeks while we waited for the utility to replace the "tamper proof" meter that was previously installed at our residence.
Description of Work: Buyer Beware. The owner of Rethink Electric did not install the solar inverter that was stated in writing. Therefore, I have been forced to spend an additional approx. $3K for the SolarEdge Storedge unit that has Tesla Powerwall/LG Chem battery integration capability, as stated in writing by the owner of Rethink Electric. The owner of Rethink Electric has also stated in writing that he will not honor the 7 year workmanship warranty that I purchased.
