Profile Remodelers did a superior job remodeling my kitchen and installing a new patio door and laminate flooring throughout the first floor of our home. The owner, Keith Waller, is a very upbeat person and was especially pleasant to work with. Throughout the duration of the project, Keith offered his advice regarding the design, products and appliances, placement of plumbing and electrical fixtures, etc. He took the time to meet with me at showrooms to pick out flooring, tile, and cabinets and helped me to secure discount pricing along the way. Profile Remodelers' team of carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and drywall installers are extremely hardworking, and the quality of their work is apparent. They started work on time and always cleaned up when they were done for the day. Our entire remodel took just under 3 months to complete, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my new dream kitchen.

Wow! Keith (owner) and Profile Remodelers were the best! He gave me an estimate a year before the project started, but understood when I wasn’t ready. He recontacted me as if he had ESP right when I WAS ready to start, worked with me on a new quote and off we went! The bathroom came out absolutely stunning! The best things about working with Keith were: 1. His attention to detail & comprehensive estimates / checklists 2. His amazing & immediate communication skills 3. His hands on assistance picking items like tile, fan, grout color, etc - SO helpful 4. His desire to get everything done RIGHT / make sure I was happy 5. His sense of humor & positive attitude! 6. His flexibility, honesty, & reliability - I definitely felt I could trust him and all the workers. The bathroom came out so great we asked Keith & his team to help with a bunch of “side projects” as well (laying flooring, replacing areas of ceiling with new drywall, fixing fence, new lighting, painting, sealing windows, replacing rotten wood, patching cement, etc). They completed all the work in a very timely manner and Keith made sure everything was complete and done well before the final payment was made. Profile Remodelers really helped us prep our house for sale and we got $35,000 over asking, on a private listing (before fully listing it for the public). Keith even reviewed a couple inspection reports on new houses we were considering and helped us understand what we might be getting ourselves into.
