The provider always texted when he had to arrive late due to picking up supplies. His work looks great, and he was patient with me and gave thorough instructions on what I was doing wrong with my own home improvement projects that were happening simultaneously. When he replaced the breaker box he discovered that the outside box by the meter had some electrical damage, and the outside pole was in bad shape as well with some exposed wires. The project was expanded to repair the outside wiring, and he was very cautious around the new landscaping. He was a little rough on the carpeting on the stairs to the basement, but that may have been because he knew we were planning on replacing it in the near future (the basement carpeting was already removed). He worked well with our busy schedule and was flexible in his timing. His was not the lowest quote we'd had, but he is personable and really worked to make us understand what was going on.
