Robert Rutkowski of Lighyway purchased and installed two bathroom fans with light and heater! Fans are vibrating and extremely loud as to be unusable!, He did NOT enter attic but used a saw that more than likely broke off existing bracing! He the said we should have purchased better fans! We were not even given a choice!

He did a good job. He caught a major problem before a bad thing happened. Cost a little more than I was quoted, but I guess over all it was worth it considering.

He did the job well but was not upfront about the final cost. He quoted us $200-$250 over the phone which we thought was a decent enough price so we hired him. However after he installed the fan, he charged us $350. I asked why the price went up $100 and he said it was because it took longer. If that wAs the case, and we were not getting charged a fixed rate, the he should have told us this from the get go.

High quality work, but the market rating was above the market pricing which came as a surprised when he raised his price after he quoted me verbally $100 less.

Robert returned our initial inquiry call right away, scheduled to come the next day. He arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and charged a reasonable price for professional work. We are going to have him do additional work for us soon.
