+ -1 moreThe best, period. Derrick knows his stuff, and didn't come in with generic one size fits all plan. He assessed the situation, opened up walls, and gave us all the possible options on how to proceed. He did everything he said he would do and more, for an extremely reasonable price. He even worked around our schedule when another contractor made some errors that set us back a few weeks. Honest, very knowledgable, and very fair pricing. Big name service without big name pricing. He's the only guy I call now.
Description of Work: We had one underpowered unit heating and cooling both first and second floors. We cut the service off fo the second floor and added a new separate unit upstairs. In doing so we really had to start from scratch by ducting the entire second floor, running power, water, and plumbing to the second floor, and installing a new hi efficiency unit. It was especially tricky because we have an old 1922 gambrel roof with very little space between the ceiling and the roof. On the first floor we needed to reduct certain areas because of the new configuration.
