They came out. They only put one of the two required parts into the refrigerator. They did not even put the old part in. The part popped so the water went all over the floor, carpets, and into our basement. It took them three hours to take a screw out of the washing machine. I have never seen as incompetent a person in the world. He was very polite, though. The company is also known as All Appliance Repair and Installation.
Description of Work: They came to fix my washing machine and refrigerator.
