Overall, very good. The booking process was very easy and straight forward. Loved the follow-up call on the day before. On the day of the move, the "stormy" weather produced a few hiccups, ie: they arrived 45 minutes after the window time frame and 1 box must have slipped and dropped with all the rain bc 4 dishes were broken in one box, but the Manager came to our house to help finish off the move and definitely sped up the process which was a great end to our story. Tyler is amazing; he is very professional and very nice!! Rafael and the other guys worked VERY hard as well. I would TOTALLY use them again!!

Everything went very smoothly. Three men, Patrick, Francisco, and Rodolpho, went over and above to make me happy. They were not only very strong and hardworking, but also very clever in how they thought through the best ways to pack and unpack things. They took extra care to not scratch any of the newly painted walls. They also took special care of all of the items they moved. I highly recommend these movers.

Advanced Moving and Storage from the office to the moving team provided exceptional service on my moving day . The quotes were right on there were no extra charges or costs. The moving team wrapped all items to prevent possible damage. I highly recommend this outstanding business.

Advanced Moving moved a piano to my 3rd floor condo - up 2 flights of 13 stairs. They kept me informed, we're on time. The movers were friendly and worked flawlessly as a team. Great experience/service!

Only a few scratches afterwards I noticed on the walls. For the price it was understandable. Timely ppl and much much less than others quoted. Friendly and courteous. They didn't complain when I added more boxes to move.

The 3 young men who came to help me did an excellent job. They are very polite and they get along with each other very well. My sister, her husband and I were very impressed. Iâ m so glad i hired your company.

The movers were great, very efficient and quick.

The team worked very hard and wrapped every piece of furniture carefully. Almost overkill for a 10-minute move. However, they would not take lamps and many other things they felt would break. So, after, we had to go back and fill six carloads to get all of our stuff at the new location. Unfortunately, I did not know this until after the move took place. Just a little disappointed.

I had a fabulous team! They were professional with a great sense of humor and got the job done in less time than the estimate. Everything arrived at my new location safe, sound, undamaged and placed.

I wound up hiring them last minute. For a move that was only about a ten minute drive from old house to new. It was a bit more expensive than I really wanted to spend, but they worked with me on the price a bit. The movers were very pleasant and extremely efficient. Excellent customer service. Polite and responsive people.

Three guys showed up without masks for my move. I ended up testing positive for covid the next week. They only used one furniture pad and minimal wrapping. They did not provide me with my wardrobe boxes as requested. My bill was $1,000 over my initial estimate for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Numerous things were damaged. One employee was also vaping on in front of me on my balcony. I called to report the incidents and was told to fill out a claim form with photos. Nobody has contacted me since.

Contracted with Advanced Moving & Storage to move a couple of dressers, a few bookcases, a desk, china cabinet, a dozen medium-sized boxes and some smaller items. Nothing too complicated and I did all the packing; they just had to take off a mirror on the dresser. Movers were actually early which was nice and all were polite and professional. They wrapped all of the furniture with pads and appropriate plastic wrapping. I really didn't have any complaints about the workers. The business owners and their business practices are horrible. Definitely do not recommend using this company at all. First of all, they are very aggressive after you obtain a quote. I was not in a hurry to move but wanted to get a ballpark cost. After receiving the quote I was texted, called, and emailed several times by this company multiple times a week. Extremely annoying. They required a $100 deposit upfront which is credited towards the move - no big deal, pretty much standard. However, buyer beware when it comes to full payment due! Their policy is payment due in for form of cash, cashiers check or money order prior to unloading the truck. Fine - however if when they get to the unloading point they determine that additional time is needed, you MUST pay them IN FULL for the original balance due as well as their estimated overtime cost. They hold your belongings hostage in the truck until you pay up. There's no option to pay the original balance, unload the items, and then determine the overtime amount. If you elected to get a cashier's check or money order and run overestimated time and don't have cash the clock continues to run until they get paid and only then are your belongings unloaded from the truck. Totally unacceptable business practice!!! I' ve move multiple times, even overseas, and never have I experienced a shady business practice like this one.

Great guys, very thorough, very professional

The movers were professional, but they did break two inexpensive vases. To my fault the vases were not wrapped in bubble wrap, but they did not inform me they were broken and found out after they left.

Very professional outfit, treated all items regardless of size and value with utmost respect. Completed the job on time and within estimated quote . Would highly recommend them .
