We apologize for the missed communication on Saturday May 1st. The message was left after our normal business hours. We did contact most of the callers who left messages within 4 hours. We do try our best to get back to everyone who leaves messages with our after hours emergency service as soon as possible. We do have a staff of 5 in the office to take your calls during the week between 7:30am - 6:00pm and Saturdays between 7:30am - 1:30pm. Calls can also be placed on our website @ www.aaaasc.com. I am not sure why you were not contacted. Perhaps a wrong number was taken or you may have been on the other line when we called initially. I am getting a print out of our phone bill to see if we can determine what happened, but we have to wait for the month end--after June 1. Please accept our apologies. We would appreciate your business and can offer you a discount off of the service call the next time you are in need of service. Please ask for the office manager so she can apply the discount should you decide to contact us in the future. Again, we sincerely appreciate your interest in our company, and hope you will accept our effort to correct this miscommunication.

Went well.
Description of Work: Cleaned gas pipes and openings at multiple gas burners. Also, checked for cause of some uneven heating in the over, but found none.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the report for Angie's List. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our clients. Unfortunately, because of the age (1908) and the original design of the oven, little can be done to create even heating except to place a pizza stone on the bottom of the oven and leave it there. The stone raises the heat level and stabilizes the temperature, making the overall heat in the oven more even than it was designed to be. Please keep us in mind for any future repairs as we always appreciate the customers who recognize our efforts. We will continue to work hard to keep their business.
