Returned two more times eventually replacing icemaker. Excessive labor charges, rep was good but four visits is excessive.

Description of Work: Microwave had a suspected blown fuse which I couldn't figure out how to find. Service man came at promised time and diagnosed problem but did not have correct fuse on hand. He went to nearby Radio Shack and got replacement part, but did not inform me that there would be an extra charge for this. Thought their basic "show up" charge (think it was close to $90) was a bit high and was in addition to work actually done. Total cost of $196 was considerably higher than I had initially anticipated. Actual work was satisfactory. In summary, good work but pricey. |

Description of Work: Our dryer was making a high pitch squeal. It was the drum that was bad, they came out assessed it and ordered the part and fixed it fairly quickly. About 2.5 months later there was a banging. I called them back and they came out and re-adjusted the drum and tighten everything up. No problems now and it's working great.

Description of Work: Our dishwasher was not working. I called this business. He was prompt. After looking at the dishwasher, he said he could go ahead and do all that was necessary to fix it but that it would be cheaper for us to buy a new one. We really appreciated his total honesty. He could have charged us a fortune. All we paid for was his service call. $60.

Description of Work: Talk about a company going above and beyond! AAA Appliance sure went the extra mile for me. It appeared the washer was defective from the factory but was out of warranty so Samsung would not take responsibility. AAA Appliance worked on the machine until a resolution was found. You will not be disappointed if you use AAA Appliance.

Description of Work: Washer was not working properly. They came out the next day, solved the problem and gave me advice to keep it running well. The drum was not locking in the wash cycle so the water just swished around and the agitator wouldn't turn. It's been fine since they fixed it. He also asked if there was anything else at all that needed looking at and I thought, yes, why not have a look at the dryer too (both machines are 12 years old) as it wasn't drying very well. He cleaned about 40 lbs of lint out from the machine and now it's like new. Thought the price was pretty reasonable... better than buying new machines, which we were poised to have to do. Very satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: They did work on my dishwasher (Fischer Paykel), refrigerator (viking), oven (viking) and washer (maytag). Yes, all of them! I have no idea why they all malfunctioned around the same time, but that's how it was. They did a professional job. Highly recommend using them.

Description of Work: Smelled burning from my washing machine and spin cycle wouldn't complete. Service person arrived on time and examined the machine while in a spin cycle. I again smelled burning, but the technician said he didn't smell anything. Suggested replacing the pump at a $400 cost, but, couldn't guarantee that was the problem. If I still smelled burning after replacing the pump, he would suggest replacing the control panel at another $400 cost, but couldn't guarantee that was the problem either. Going shopping for a new washing machine now. Tack on $79 to the cost of my new machine. Suggest he makes an appointment with an ENT doctor.

Description of Work: Couldn't put off getting my washer repaired like I had my icecube maker in my refrigerator. called a few services.....trying to get a faster date. Found 2 that could do it at the same time a week later......one wanted 149. per appliance....so....$300 just for the service calls---- 2 different techs same company same time---without any repair being done. (And they had a good score in Angies list.) Anyway...instead I had AAA come out and for one low cost since I mentioned the Angies list coupon, they looked at my washer....told me 1500......I said you know I'll just buy a new one...they said "we figured". And they told me after cycling through on the water and ice cubes sytem of the fridge that my problem was just a fluke and the system was fine......I save $200 by calling them out (as opposed to the others) and had enough info to know I needed to purchase a new washer and I can NOW make my Margaritas with crushed ice safely.
