Excellent professional service. Very considerate and knowledgeable. They even went out of their way to double check prices of parts for me, and found they were cheaper than the internet parts sites!

$264/hour is the rate I was charged (roughly) I had a broken oven door hinge which needed to be replaced. I could not find one. As it happens, my neighbor was having her oven repaired and asked if the repairman would look at my appliance to see if it could be repaired. He came over, looked at the door and said it was broken and the hinge and receptacle needed to be replaced. Duh. He then spent 15 minutes talking to the office trying to order the replacement part. He was told they could not find/order one. He then billed me $88 for the "service" call (20 feet). No service was done. I will certainly not be using them in the future. The same repairman did repair a dishwasher in the past I did, however, find the part online through Sears, ordered it and replaced it myself.

I’m not sure of the exact time that they came out to do the job. I actually sent them to my sister’s place to do some work and I think that was last week. I will use their services again in the future.

Hired them to do estimates on microwave and oven. He came and told me what he would need to order. He never called me back to follow up after waiting 2-3 weeks for delivery of parts. Called the office and then talked to the actual repair man. He said it would be only a bit longer. Never heard back and then called again. Same story. Just came for 10 mins to do estimate and didn't follow thru. Talked to 2 other people and they said they would look into it and never got back. Bad company! Stay away! Update: Kept trying to call but no answer. Just wanted a quick buck. Went with Reed Appliance. Great Company and complete 180 from this company. Just a heads up, Keep away from AAA

AAA technician George came and assessed the problem, made a reccomendation, provided an estimate, and detailed the length of the repair. He then returned at the appointed time with everything he needed and fixed it. It couldn't have gone better.

I had a good idea of what the problem was when the service person came out. He confirmed that the control panel was not responding. He recommended that it be replaced as opposed to being repaired to to the fact that the repair may not last more than a year or two. The overall cost to repair was a surprise since the dishwasher cost us about $650 when purchased 5 years ago. When we finally concluded that we would keep our dishwasher and not replace it with a new one, they were quick to order the part and when it was in they were punctual and the service person was professional and very informative.

We called them first when it started going bad. Later it quit altogether, so we called them again. The person who came out was really good and so was his service. He was very professional. The refrigerator was dead, and he did not try and get us to repair something that couldn't be repaired. He could've told us that he could fix it, but the compressor was faulty, so it was pretty bad. It was easier to replace it. He was quite cheap. Our experience with him was fine.

The company was able to get a technician out exactly when I wanted. Upon arrival, the technician (Tom) was professional and was able to immediately diagnose the problem. A replacement part was needed and so he had to return, which he did around a week later when I was able to be home. He did the repair quickly and offered several friendly suggestions about how I could avoid this type of problem in the future through easy cleaning I could do myself. He was also great with my three year-old, who was fascinated by the man in the sharp uniform who was fixing our dishwasher. A great experience.

I called AAA on a Wednesday to explain that I have a commercial convection oven that wasn't working properly. The person on the phone was polite and scheduled a tech from 10-2 on Thursday. The tech didn't actually show up until much later than 2, but that was fine as I just wanted the oven fixed going into the weekend. The tech asked me what was happening with it, which I explained and without even looking at it told me he had been doing this for 30 years and knew exactly what it was. He then showed me an ignition box that needed to be replaced. I said great, how long before you can get one and he stated next day and would get me an estimate. Well, I didn't get an estimate back for 6 days! The estimate did cover what we discussed to be replaced and was approximately $1,300. Given I hadn't heard anything back from them by the next day I actually bought the part locally (for less than half of their estimated price) and installed it myself. The oven still didn't work! I swapped back in the old electronic ignition and I then did troubleshooting of my own and found the flame sensors tip had burned off and was no longer sensing flame. As a temporary fix I bent the sensor into the path of the burner flame and the oven worked! If the repair guy wasn't so arrogant about doing this for 30 years and knowing what it was without doing any troubleshooting I could have been up and running within minutes and stayed running while waiting for the correct part, which was $130. This is the second time I've received a ridiculously expensive quote from them for something that should have cost a fraction of the quote. If you have warranty work that needs to be done, feel free to use them, but if it's out of pocket, at least get a second opinion.

I have used these group before and they are professional, and know the products. Both times they have come it has been great and there price is much more reasonable than other places.

I called two days before to have a tech come out and help me installed new hinges on our fancy oven. They had no problem sending a tech out to help me, when I was available, and when I wanted. The tech arrived early, was able to install the hinges quickly and easily, and left shortly there after with $250. Everything about the experience was good, but the price was a little high.

He gave me the best advice ever because turns out I got it fixed for free when I called the actual manufacturer they gave me an extended warranty. His information was a wealth of value, was really professional and also didn't even charge me.

I've had AAA Appliance come out to repair two separate problems with our dishwasher. We have an older Bosch and it is very difficult to find companies that will work on Bosch dishwashers. Because AAA is the only one I've been able to find that will work on our dishwasher, it is hard for me to accurately judge whether their prices are high or low. However, their workmen have been punctual, polite, professional and have gotten the job done each time.

It went fine; it was a small job.

They are prompt, quick and get the job done in the same day.

Our 12-year-old washer was failing to agitate or spin. The technician scheduled us for the morning after we called (he saw us at the end of his busy morning). He recognized the problem immediately (and described it to us clearly), had the part to fix it and did so promptly. His seven years' experience definitely played into his efficient handling of the job. He took the time to explain the problem and how his diagnosis fit into the overall running (or not) of the machine. We have used this company over the years for different appliances and are mightily impressed with the ability of their various technicians to diagnose which broken part is the culprit and to treat us like knowledgeable customers.. We recommend them highly.

Josh came to repair my washing machine and ice maker in the refrigerator. The washing machine would not wash. The ice maker was not making ice. He leveled the washing machine and that fixed that problem. Icemaker in Refrigerator: 8/13/10 He told me that the valve wasn't working and needed to be replaced. He needed to order the part. The company insisted that I provided my credit card information in order to order the part. Reluctantly I provided it. He said that the bill for the service that day was $88.00 and that it would be charged to my credit card. on 8/16/10 176.00 was debited from my card. On 9/3 Josh came in and replaced the valve. He said that the ice maker would now work. The ice maker did not work. I paid him with check # 2243 $123.62 On 9/8 Josh came in and was unable to find anything wrong and he didn't know what the problem was. He said that he had the a main mechanical unit on his truck. He said that it wasn't the same kind in the ice maker, but that it would do and he replaced the original unit with the one from his truck. The ice maker still did not work. On 9/21 Josh came back with someone else from the company. They determined that the feeder arm was not in the correct position and that that was the problem. They repositioned the feeder arm and in the next few hours the ice maker worked. The two of them showed me how to position the feeder arm a very simple manual adjustment. 10/15/10 I called the company for an explanation as to why they put in so many parts and nothing worked and then on 9/21/10 they readjusted the feeder arm and everything worked fine. Tim who I spoke with never returned my call. The original 8/13/10 invoice read: $55.11 for water valve 5.51 sales tax 78.00 labor 88.00 trip charge 226.00 diagnostic fee - 15.00 Angie's coupon 437.62 total bill On 8/13 I was told by Josh that they would be charging me $88.00 on my credit card and then that my remaining balance would be 123.62. I have the original balance that indicates this. I wound up paying 299.62 The company came back 4 times regarding the ice maker, because they couldn't find anything wrong and kept replacing parts. They said at the end that it was a simple re-adjustment of the feeder arm! When I called on 10/15 Tim told me that Josh was one of their finest technicians. No one got back to me after that. Conclusion - This was a situation of a technician looking for a major problem that wasn't there. I was mislead on the payments. I lost out on work, because of 4 visits. No one at the company was there to address this. Please help me get some of my payments back. I don't think that other consumers should be mislead by this company. PS. I can provide the original invoice as documentation (in Josh's handwriting) if necessary.

My Fridge stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. I called the warranty number on my paperwork (this is a new fridge) and was told they could be out sometime Tue or Wed. Really? this is not a dishwasher. I called AAA and they came out Monday afetrnoon. The Technician diagnosed the problem but did not have the part. He came back the next evening after all his other service calls and installed the needed part on his own time. I would use this company again

My gas dryer would not heat up. So I looked it up at angiestlist website for a repairman. I called AAA and spoke to a lady. She was very professional to handle my call. I requested for a repairman the next day and was happy that someone was available. The nextday AAA office called to confirm the appointment and mention that the repairman was on his way. He arrived and started right away. The repairman was very professional. He even gave me a tip on how to. The total cost was a little high but i got a discount for being a angiestlist member. Yes, I will use them again..

After the dryer manufacturer couldn't resolve the problem (as covered by an extended warranty), AAA Appliance was able to look at our machine and ordered needed part for repair. On the follow up visit with the new part installed the dryer would still not operate and the manufacturer service manual was vague. After exhausting alternatives, the technician contacted other techs in his company trying to seek their advice on what to do rather than waste additional time. The tech set a third visit and brought another tech with him to resolve the issue. The third visit did the charm, the dryer is now operating and the techs were completed with the job in 45 minutes. They both were professional, courteous, and on time!!! I would recommend AAA Appliance service.

They showed up when they were supposed to and the fixed the refrigerator. It was a bit expensive.
