Jim, the owner,?provided a great explanation as to the cause along with options and a detailed solution.? He came in at his estimate and the work was done well.? In addition, I needed some roof repair, Jim came back and provided a competitive estimate, so I chose him considering the professional work performed on the porch.? I would recommend Jim and his company and can't think of any negatives.?
