+ -1 moreKen first came in November 2019 to fix an outdoor spigot. My 84 year old mom thought it was not working in May 2020
Description of Work: Ken came right out despite a pandemic. He was so great with my elderly mother. The valve just needed to be flipped. He did not even charge for the visit despite his long drive. Ken even disconnected the outdoor hoses because of a freeze tonight. He is a wonderful person .

+ -1 moreKen was professional and kind. I first spoke to him on Tuesday and he arrived to fix the problem promptly on Wednesday. I would highly rate his company for any plumbing need!
Description of Work: Our outdoor faucet would not shut off. We had another plumber this summer who “fixed” it . When I went to disconnect the hose the water shot out all over. Ken was great. Told me the charge up front.

+ -1 moreKen returned my call in less than 10 minutes. He was coming from another job and said he could come to assess the drain pipe in about 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, Ken rang our dooorbell. Ken was very friendly and professional. He inspected the drain and then checked all the ceilings on the 1st floor to determine if there was any leaking or dripping that he may be able to hear or see. He found nothing. Ken ran water in the drain for several minutes and determined that the piping is fine - just lined with build-up of shampoo, soap, etc. He said that he could rout or blow it out but recommended we just leave it for now because the drain is flowing well. Ken would not take any money for his time and assessment. I'm very relieved that my kitchen ceiling does not have to be cut into to repair a leaking drain. I would like Ken and Price-less Plumbing and Drain to be our family's plumber. Thank you Angie's List and thank you Ken!

+ 1 moreI called Price-Less Plumbing and Drain because my sewer was backing up. Ken answered my called immediately and was at my home within two hrs. Upon arriving he was very polite and courteous, his appearance was very professional and clean cut. After looking at the problem the he didn't exceed the price quoted. He was extremely clean and respectful of my home. During conversation I made mention of my garbage disposal acting up and he took care of that too. I would definitely use Ken from Price-Less Plumbing and Drain. Highly Recommended!!!
Description of Work: My sewer was backing up and Ken came and cleared the line with a machine, and was able to use my bathroom right away.

+ 1 moreWell can't say enough and all our problems solved that day. Outstanding company and wish it was that easy to work with everyone that way.
Description of Work: My wife and I had our water heater go out on us Friday night as we had no hot water for our Saturday morning showers and having 4 kids we heard the complaining. We called several plumbers including some large companies but Ken with Price-less plumbing was the only one that answered right away and I did not have to leave a message. Not only did he answer right away he came out that same day. We did get call backs from the other companies and asked them what they would charge for the water heater we had which is a 50 gallon gas water heater and they all were around $1,500.00. Price-less plumbing was able to install our water heater and take the old one away for under $1,100.00 and it has a 6 year warranty. Ken was very professional and very reasonable. We happen to be finishing our basement and have already talked to Ken about the installing of the plumbing and fixtures that we need. Not only is the service and quality of work there, that is so hard to find these days... you can't beat his pricing! I would recommend them to anyone.

+ 0 moreVery happy with the service these guys provided. I had a bad leak in my basement with water spraying all over the place. I called a couple plumbers but they couldn't come out till the next day. The company came out right away and fixed my problem. the plumber that came out was really nice and polite. he fixed my problem at the price he told me it would be. We will use this company again and tell our neighbors.
Description of Work: There was a leak in a water line in the ceiling in the basement. plumber came out within an hour turned off the water and repaired the water pipe and we were up and running in no time.
