It is a father and son. I was a newer president at that time and there are 4 browns that have to be used on our building and I was unaware of that. There were four different subtle shades. So he started painting and one of the other presidents came out and brought me a list of the things that are in the rules of the whole association and he had already bought the paint. I went to him and I was just feeling sick and I said, 'Well, of course, we are going to have to eat the price of the paint'. He said, No, I can take it back. So he took the paint back, he kept the one that he had started with and said he could use it on other jobs. He got all the different shades of brown that had to be used, got the formulas for them and told me where he got the paint in town here. He was driving in from Wonder Lake, so he had at least probably a 60 mile drive everyday back and forth, both ways but he had such a good attitude, that the only drawback for them was that his father was on another job so it took him 2 weeks. He was alone and doing the whole building by himself. He did it and did a good job. I assumed that there was going to be a crew like for the windows. There was a kind of a cream and there was someone in the building who came out and complained to me right away as we were getting started. Her building had a garage that had been damaged, so we couldn't find the name or the formula for that, he went over one day and took a chip of paint off the damaged garage and then when he got the paint, he painted over that whole door on that other building. The good will was really there and he didn't charge me extra, he stayed with the quote. I was tremendously grateful and impressed because when he had to go change all the paint, I thought, alright, we are going to have to eat that cost but he was just really nice about it.

I spoke to Crocco and he stated could give estimate any day after 3 on a message. I asked if he could come out on a Saturday for the estimate and never heard back. I wouldn't rule out Crocco, but not becoming my go to guy at this point
