Trim above a door that was never installed, shelf in a cabinet that was missing, soft closing cabinet door that needed to be fixed and a granite cutting board that was promised to us. These are minor things that do not take away from the beauty of the kitchen, it is just that when the job is finished and the final payment is made, forget about hearing from them again!
