Price was triple what was quoted. Drywall has to be redone in many areas as the tape shows through. (Drywall Raphael). Paying to have this redone. Electrician (Walter) was lazy, unethical and charged 3 times what a good reputable electrician would and didn't finish the work. He's too old to still be working and has an attitude. Angry and a complainer. Had to pay a different electrician to finish the work. New part of roof leaked and had to be redone 3 times. Still leaked after completion and had to report to my home owners insurance as I was told it was "ice damming" even though it's ONLY where addition and new roof is. I have had friends and other trades all tell me I paid way too much for what was done and the quality of work.
Description of Work: Addition to garage, kitchen and entryway.

MIKE WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH ON THIS PROJECT. HIS GUYS WERE POLITE AND NEAT. THE WORK WAS TIMELY AND GOOD QUALITY.
Description of Work: FINISHED BASEMENT, INCLUDING ADDING A BATHROOM, KITCHEN, EXERCISE ROOM, AND MEDIA AREA. AS GENERAL CONTRACTOR, MIKE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL WALL WORK INCLUDING TRIM, ALL ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, TILE AND COUNTERTOPS.
