THE HOME TEAM INSPECTION SERVICE

We have had two home inspections by Ed in the past few months (we did not end up purchasing the first house but asked him to come back to inspect a second house we are in the process of purchasing). He is extremely thorough and we trust him completely. He's been very patient in explaining any issues to us, and has referred us to experts in certain fields if he feels he does not have the in-depth knowledge of the problem. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and generally great. He provided our inspection report to us the very next day with pictures and details about all issues. We will certainly use him in the future.

Ed completed a specific report and did a good job finding areas of concern. Additionally, after the inspection he was very helpful with advice.

We were very pleased. Mr. Danstrom promptly returned our call and we were able to schedule the inspection quickly. He was very personable and explained everything, both in person and in writing, quite clearly. We also have a rather unusual construction feature to our new house, and he researched it on his own time. He answered our follow-up questions by phone and was clear that he would continue to be available to us should any other questions arise about the house.
