Marcel came by to give a quote for repairing some damage from moving furniture over a recently refinished floor. He gave me his honest opinion that he didn't think he would do anything to it and just leave it be. Really appreciate the honesty instead of charging me for something unnecessary

Rustic Flooring did a great job from start to finish. Not only were they able to get to our project earlier than expected, their attention to detail and punctuality were much appreciated. After they demoed the flooring they took the time to screw in the base floor so it would no longer squeak when walking on it. It made a huge improvement. The guys were courteous and cleaned up after they worked. Highly recommend!

Marcel and his team are far beyond expectations, no matter how high the bar is set. Marcel scoped the project the day before installation, and the crew arrived exactly as promised and immediately started the job. They are professional and exacting, with the final result probably the best work I have ever seen. The finished floor is gorgeous. I will wait for Marcel and his team to become available to handle my future projects.

Review I can’t say enough good things about Marcel and his crew. We recently went through a kitchen renovation and hired Marcel to do the wood flooring for the project. Out of all of the contractors we hired, Marcel was easily the best to work with. From the initial meeting, Marcel was timely and professional, and provided a quote within 24 hours that was extremely reasonable compared to some other quotes we received. When inspecting the project to determine the scope of work, it was clear that Marcel was a true professional and knew exactly what needed to be done for our project. Despite being only a small room on a third floor, walk-up condo, Marcel was just as attentive to our project as I would have expected for an entire whole home flooring project. Some other contractors we contacted wouldn’t even come out based on the small scope of the project. Marcel was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive throughout the entire process which made scheduling a breeze. He was flexible to work around the other contractors as well as our own work schedules. The quality and craftsmanship of the work his crew did was exceptional. We had previously installed wood floors in our entire condo, but left the kitchen until this recent renovation. Our previous contractor was no longer in business, so we were left searching for a new contractor to finish this last room. We found Marcel through Angi, and he lived up to the challenge of matching the existing floor that was laid down three years ago. Marcel was highly invested throughout the project and made it a priority to ensure we were 100% satisfied with every detail. I cannot be more impressed with Marcel‘s professionalism, quality of work, and attention to the customer throughout this whole process. I am sad that I did not find him sooner for our initial floor project and wish that I had more work to hire him for. Hopefully he does tile work as well, and we can hire him for our future bathroom renovations! 10 out of 10 would recommend Marcel for any flooring project.

Highly recommended. Marcel and his team did excellent work tearing out old, damaged tile and carpeting and replacing with beautiful hardwood to match the floors they restored in the rest of our house. They worked quickly, efficiently and communicated at every step of the process. They addressed some repair issues with our subfloor and still kept the project in-time and on-budget.

Marcel and team did a fantastic job with the flooring. Right since the beginning from getting the quote, to committing on the dates to the installation, everything was done very professionally. They are a very experienced contractor, and it shows in the quality of work. We were also in a time crunch with our flooring job, and Marcel went above and beyond to get things done on time! He also has an amazing network of other contractors who can take care of all the other needs around the flooring job. We are very happy with our new floors and highly recommend Marcel and team for any flooring work anyone needs.

He even went above and beyond to load up his truck with spare wood parts and take them to the vendor so I can return them. The installation was fast and proper. They kept things clean and swift. It went well. At times, the installers could've been a little bit more careful. They left things around and they left doors open. But overall they did a very good job.

Marcel and team is worth the call. I am a very picky person and I was/am happy with the service they provided. They are truly professional and punctual, hard workers and stick with deadlines. They removed carpet from my master bedroom, foyer and stairs and replaced the bedroom with vinyl and the stairs with hardwood. They did an excellent job. I had an issue with delivery of my flooring and Marcel was gracious enough to pick up the material for me. You will not regret giving Rustic Flooring Team a call. Excellent Floor Installation & Staining Marcel and his Team did an excellent job installing and staining my floors! I recently purchased a condo and the floors were very creaky and not the color I wanted. After contacting Marcel, he quickly came to my place to give a quote. Marcel and team quickly got to work and provided me with regular and clear updates. My floors were fully replaced and stained within a week. The Team had to put in extra work as there were electrical conduits under most of my floors The floors now do not squeak at all and the stain looks great! I would definitely recommend Marcel to my family and friends and would hire again. Thank you, Marcel & Team!

Rustic flooring did a terrific job! They arrived on time, sectioned off areas to minimize dust, and left the work area spotless. The installation was exceptionally well-done. I will have them do my main staircase and landing next. I highly recommend this contractor.
