Smooth as could be. He found the optimum location to remount an existing antenna and completed a neat installation. Works beautifully and the service cost was very reasonable.

Paul did a great job installing the antenna, and it was a very clean installation.

Great. He had to get a long drill bit to get the wire from the basement outside, but he returned quickly and finished the job. His fee was less and quality better than other potential contractors. I would definitely call Paul again.

Paul came to take a look at our TV. He charged $75 for the visit, and determined it to be a non-issue (the cable box was improperly connected). The rate seems to be similar to what others charged (much less than Abt), but a bit much for the 5 minutes it took.

Made call and it was returned in 45 minutes. Paul said he had lamp and would replace it. He was at the house and finished in one hour after the phone call. He saved our Thanksgiving Holiday party and we would always recommend his company.

Paul responded immediately and gave same day, in home, service to repair my 50" flat screen LCD TV. The hour was late and he had had a very busy day, but he was extremely courteous, competent and persistent in diagnosing the problem and making sure everything was operating properly by the time he was done. He even fixed a problem that cropped up during the course of fixing the original problem. He will definitely be the first person I call for the next TV-related problem. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

We wanted an installation that would make the antenna cables leading to our televisions as invisible as possible. Paul came to our house to give us an estimate and looked at the locations of our televisions to determine how he would run the cables and assured us he would be able to conceal the cables in the house. He suggested I wait to have the antenna installed until after I had a large tree removed and completed the tuck pointing work we had scheduled. When he came out for the installation, he ran the cables on the outside behind conduit and through an opening with our phone lines, so most of the cables are almost invisible on the outside of our house. True to his promise, he ran the cable through existing conduit into our crawlspace and then into our kitchen, so that all we can see is the cable outlet cover. Exactly, what we were hoping for. He, carefully, drilled through our custom cabinet and ran a cable to our television inside of it. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and we were thrilled with his careful work.

He is very knowledgeable. He can fix any kind of TV problem and is also knowledgeable about new technology.
