+ -1 moreI emailed a scheduling request to Mr Handyman of Oak Park & River Forest & received an immediate telephone response. Scheduling a convenient day & time was quick and easy. Representative was cordial and efficient. Pricing policy was discussed and agreed upon in advance. Mario arrived punctually on scheduled day, neatly attired. His demeanor was pleasant and professional. He discussed the necessary repairs to my bathroom ceiling holes and set to work promptly, worked efficiently, and did an impressive job on the repair. He did a great clean-up afterwards. My ceiling looks fantastic - Thank you, Mario & Mr. Handyman!

+ 0 moreJeremiah tried to talk me into a more elaborate and expensive project than what I wanted to complete. Unfortunately, Mr. Handyman's availability and the timing did not meet my needs and schedule. The silver lining - I acquired a new skill and a new tool and was able to complete the project exactly as I wanted without the cost of a handyman.
Description of Work: I scheduled an estimate for a project and the representative did not show at the appointment, waited for an hour and made multiple calls to the office. The office staff were very friendly and tried to reach the representative. I eventually spoke to Jeremiah who agreed to come the next day to give the estimate. After we thought we confirmed a good time to meet, we discovered the Jeremiah meant that he would be available to talk at that time, not meet.
