+ -1 moreThis was the 2nd time we hired him. He is very thorough and teaches me about the building as we go through it. I always learn something about plumbing, electrical etc. from him. I feel confident that when he is done, I know the building inside and out and there will be no unpleasant surprises. When I asked him what the cost would be fix problems he found, he usually is in the ballpark.
Description of Work: Rafeek inspected a 2 flat that we were considering buying.

+ -1 moreMR BESHEER PROVIDED A THOROUGH INSPECTION OF A HOME WHICH WE WOUND UP BUYING. HIS REPORT WAS VERY DETAILED, AND LISTED THOSE ITEMS WHICH NEEDED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION, AND THOSE WHICH WOULD NEED ATTENTION IN THE FUTURE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE NEEDING A HOME INSPECTION.

Description of Work: RAFEEK BESHEER PERFORMED A HOME INSPECTION FOR US, DURING WHICH HE WAS INCREDIBLY THOROUGH AND CAREFUL. HE SPENT OVER THREE HOURS WITH US, POINTING OUT ISSUES THAT WERE RELEVANT IN TERMS OF THE SALE OF THE HOUSE AND ALSO MAINTENANCE TIPS FOR THE EQUIPMENT IN OUR NEW HOME. WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE INSPECTION, HE PROVIDED US WITH A VERY INFORMATIVE, WELL-WRITTEN REPORT.
