+ 4 moreHe does the work just as well as I could. He's not the cheapest contractor, but he is certainly the best out there.
Description of Work: Over the years I've hired him to do 3 bathrooms, my roof, rewiring the living room, rebuilt my basement and kitchen, tuckpointed my mother-in-laws house, as well as many other things for me.

+ 0 moreThey picked up some permits. The guy I was trying to get the insurance from to insure the house, he set the clause that I wasn't able to keep up with. He said that if we get the generator the insurance would be more likely to insure, so the pump would at least run during the power outage. It was reasonably priced. The quality was good.
Description of Work: Great American Builders, Ltd put in a new generator for me, which involves plumbing and electricity in December.
