She took two full days our two separate visits to find a house. Over 50 houses were visited. She planned each visit very well making good use of time and organization. She listened to our interests and needs and found properties within our plans. She is very professional and yet warm and caring. She is experienced and quickly could evaluate a house, a price, a location, a school district, and all issues associated with being a realtor. In addition she managed most all meeting of gas, utilities, etc. since we were out of town. She attended the final walk through for us and closing for us. She handled much more than we would expect of or have seen in realtors in other areas. She was very solid in her negotiating skills and advising skills on pricing and market conditions. However, she did not attempt to control or dominate the discussions or decisions. I strongly recommend her.
