He charged me $1000 dollars to tell me he couldn't fix my computer. He sold me a computer that I later found out he bought from a retail store that sells the computer a lot cheaper. He was very unprofessional and a very creepy guy. I would never have him in my house again.
Description of Work: I had a laptop that was not working and he claimed he spent hours upon hours on it.

He was on time, he took the computer home with him and thought it was a matter of viruses. He took all of the viruses off and it did not resolve the problem. He suggested that I need a new computer, which I believe, so I'm still pursuing other options before replacing the system.
Description of Work: Had him check out a computer problem. Cost is $75/hr if he does the work at his home, but $100/hr on site.

AFTER SEVERAL VISITS TO OUR HOME, THE PROBLEMS WEREN'T SOLVED UNTIL WE CONTACTED ANOTHER PERSON TO HELP. HE CONTINUES TO BILL US FOR THE MOST RECENT VISIT, BUT WE HAVE YET TO PAY HIM BECAUSE HE DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. HYGIENE WAS AN ISSUE AS WELL.
