It was excellent. They were very responsive and did what they promised to do.

The problem wasn"t so much with the quality of the work although there are some things that need to be resolved yet. The big problem was that I caught one of the workers goning in my refridgerator and taking thngs. While I was home and he admitted to it. His partner then proceded to lie to me about everything as to how much the thief got paid for the day as to how their boss would re-act, he said they would both get fired. We had agreed that he would forfit that day's pay and that he would not be allowed back on my property. the next day he brought him back. And then proceeded to try and stall me as far as paying me the agreed upon amount. That's when I thalked to the boss and told him that niether one of them was welcome on my property again. So a couple of weeks at least go buy and he finally finds someone to come to my house to finish up on the work that wasn't and still hasn't been finished(the person he had to find was the guy he recomended to me to fix my chimney). They showed up with nothing that was needed to do anything and later I was blamed for things not being fixed because I wouldn't let him send the liar and the thief back to my house. Then I don't hear anything for weeks until I called them and was then dumped from dealing with the owner to dealing with customer service. This guy did nothing he said he would do. I told them repeatedly that the doors would not be worked on in the middle of winter, that was when they were instisting that they be done. The customer service person never called me back once. I always had to go back to him. to this story but it's too long except that because I held my ground and would not just shut up and not complain any more I was accused by the owner of the company of having mental problems. The same person who gave me his personal e-mail and invited me to his church and wanted me to come to a bible study. I was also accused of having offereing and giving them food and drinks before , which I never did and even if I had that dosen't mean they had free reign to do as they pleased, which they may have done because they were in my house alone for three days. My big mistake was trusting them because the owner of the company claimed to be a christian and I thought there wouldn't be any trouble. Don't let that fact be the deciding factor. I even told the owner of the company who I liked that I was going to do this and that I knew it would cost me and it has we are no longer friends 9\12\11 The latest happenings I just got off the phone with the rep from Chicago Window Pros and he's tellng me now (after telling me they just wanna make me happy) that what I am asking for is too much and he will have to talk to the guys who installed the original items i.e. the thief and the liar, and what you might is it Im asking for that is too much .........right now it's to finish what I paid them too do last year. Let the bullying begin!
