glass repair
+ -1 moreShower glass needed to be uninstalled so Jeff K came & looked at it & then called back soon (1/2 hr-1hr) with an estimate to do this. We asked for something in writing saying they would cover any incidental damages & he said that the office would do this but when he came back to our house without anything in writing we asked him to sign something verifying damages would be covered. He rudely responded saying, "Everyone will have to stop what they are doing to get something in writing for you" & then turned & left. We called the office in hopes of talking to the owner only to have Jeff answer & tell us that he was the owner.
Description of Work: Shower glass needed to be uninstalled because shower was being redone.
