Description of Work: 1. Installed new access door on garage walk in entrance. Removed old door, reframed due to dry rot, installed new door. 2. Removed portion of siding from house due to dry rot at bottom. Cut new panel, involved some cut outs and fitting around extended joists and installed successfully matching existing siding. 3. Removed existing railing system from front deck and replaced with cedar railing system. Involved measuring, cutting and mitering rails and maintaining decorative balance.
