I called and left a message for a quote to remove 3 trees and raise the canopy of another one. It has been several days and I have not received a return call. I do not do business with anyone who has poor customer service skills.

Ken Ruiz and employees arrived on time as promised. He removed the 4 ash trees one at a time being careful to not allow any tree parts or limbs to touch the house. He cleaned up the work site and came back the next to grind the stumps so ground would be suitable for planting grass seed. He subsequently recommended, purchased, and planted a swamp white oak tree to replace 3 of the removed ash trees. He performed the tree delivery and planting within a week of removal. I would highly recommend Ken Ruiz to anyone who wants quality tree removal service at a reasonable price. He is very professional in his approach to tree removal and dealing with customers. We couldn't be happier with his service! This is the second time we have used his services. The first time was for tree trimming service.

Work went well. Debis was hauled away and the holes were filled with dirt. The job sites were left in good condition. The job was done per the agreed upon schedule.

When I first tried to contact Ken it didn't go so well. It took us a little time to connect but once we talked and discussed the job Ken was very professional. We ordered 3 bare root trees on line and called a number of services to get a price on planting them. Ken was one of the only ones that called back. He came out and gave us a quote for planting the trees and removing an existing tree. I was supposed to get advanced notification from the nursery on when the trees were going to ship, but that notification neve happened (that's another review). We got the trees on Wednesday and I called Ken right away He called me back the next morning and he said he could be out on Friday morning. I had to call him back and ask him to come out Friday afternoon so somebody would be home. He agreed and showed up at the time he said he would. It didn't take him long to do the work and he didn't leave any mess where he removed the tree. I'm happy to say that, 2 weeks later, all 3 trees are starting to bud. I will use him again.

They did excellent work. He is a real tree climber, and he did an excellent job. I am thinking of having him back to dig out a 30 year Lilac bush for which he had given me a quote last year. The price was excellent. I got a quote from another company that wanted $299, while he charged me $125. You can tell he is a tree climber, he climbs almost like a monkey. He is a very impressive young man. He came early both times. The first time he came out to give an estimate, he had to wait for half hour, because I was in the bathroom.

Hard to make comments when we couldn't even get a return call for an estimate. We found another tree service who feel has given us a fair price.

In April, one of our neighbor's trees fell 3/4's of the way to the ground and was headed for our single car size shed. We called Treeworks, and they came out the next day to remove the tree at a cost of $425. Again, they removed the large sections of trunks and branches. Their immediate service protected our shed from damage. I would definite recommend them.

THEY ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME. I HAD A BRANCH FROM MY NEIGHBOR'S TREE STARTING TO TOUCH MY ROOF AND ANOTHER NEIGHBOR'S TREE TOUCHING MY GARAGE ROOF. THE NEIGHBORS TREES WERE GROWING OVER IN MY BACK YARD AND I WAS GETTING LITTLE SUNLIGHT. THEY DID ALL THE WORK I ASKED AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY WERE HERE AND FINISHED QUICKLY.

I got an estimate in July and was told they were busy and needed to schedule for the fall. I haven't received return phone calls after trying to contact them. I've contacted them many times and have not received any response whatsoever. I left a message through Angie's List as well and never heard back. A phone call would be appreciated to let me know what is going on. I was happy with the price I was quoted but can't get the work scheduled.

it went well. Just had to call tree works twice finally he came out that Thursday morning. He must of been very busy!

I wish there was an A+ I could give this service. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up very well and were at least 50% lower than the other 3 estimates we got. We were very pleased.

very professional .price was fair.I was told trees may have ash borers so they may not last more than a couple of years.

They completed the job quickly and safely, cleaned up my yard afterwards and I've got them coming back later this summer to do some additional work on two trees in my front yard.

My main focus was to get the large and dangerous limb removed before it fell on my head. TreeWorks came out with a quote the very next morning. I told him to just do the broken limb but also got a quote on the other limb hanging over my neighbors yard and dropping copious mulberries on her children and their play area. The very next morning, the TreeWorks team arrived. When I told them I decided to get both limbs taken care of if they had time. They said, and quot;No problem.and quot; and got right to work. Fantastic job, taking great care to avoid damaging the neighbor's fence and swing set. They used the wood-chipper, hauled everything away, cleaned up the yard so well, I never would have known they were there except for a little more sunshine in my yard. But even better, when I got the bill, they had taken $50 off the quoted price because it didn't take them as long as they thought. Who does that? These guys are great! I'd recommend them to anyone!

It was a bit of a struggle getting the work scheduled, but once we got the date confirmed, they did an excellent job. They were on time, got the areas trimmed that I specified and cleaned up the branches afterward. Would use them again.

The workers were very respectful, did a lot of clean up, there were no stray branches or leaves anywhere. They double checked that all work had been performed to my satisfaction.

Ken came and quoted the same day called. He then came out the next day and tied the most precarious tree to help prevent from falling since high winds were expected that night. On Saturday of the same week he arrived, climbed, cut and removed the necessary branches from the 3 trees. Cleaned up completely and left a job well done. He also pruned a maple tree for me. Very professional. Very personable. Very reasonable. He not only can cut or trim your tree(s), he can take care of them. He is an expert in all things and quot;treeand quot;.

Ken came to my house the day I called and and gave me an estimate. They worked around my schedule and completed the job promptly and for the price quoted. I would Definitely use Tree works again. Highly recommend.

They came that same day of the call and had the work done very quickly.

in 2011 TreeWorks had removed a tree blown down in a windstorm. We were very impressed with their professionalism, so when we realized that we had diseased tress that needed removing and two trees that needed cabling, we contacted TreeWorks as well as two competitors. The quoted prices from TreeWorks was at least 30% lower than the others, and in the end the actual price was about $50 less than quoted. The only two negatives: it took longer than expected by a few days, at least partly because TreeWorks was relocating it facility and some cabling parts had been misplaced; there was miscommunication about which trees were to be removed, but that was resolved to our satisfaction, so we plan to have them back in 2013 to plant another tree for us.

Called Tree Works for a price quotation for trimming of 4 trees. Was quoted $250 which involved climbing almost to the top of 4 40 year old trees. Quotation was given on August 9, 2012. I told him there was no hurry and on August 22, 2012, Ken and 3 other workers showed up and trimmed all 4 trees which involved climbing to the top of the trees and using chain saws and pole saws to remove all dead branches and limbs from the trees. 2 of the workers cleaned up the area as limbs fell and ran them fhrough a chipper into a truck.The work was performed in a timely but thorough manner. I was extremely pleased with the quality of work performed and would not hesitate to refer Ken to other people or to hire him to take down or trim trees!

Job was scheduled and they arrived right on time to do the job. Will use this service again when needed. I've already recommended to other friends.
