VERY WELL. CAME THE NEXT DAY AND REPAIRED THE FENCE WITHIN A 1/2 HOUR TIME. EXPLAINED WHAT AND HOW THEY REPAIRED THE DOG FENCE.

Laurie Spain promptly returned our phone call and scheduled a time to come to our house to assess the issue we were having with our underground dog fence. We live in a more remote area, but are near a busy highway. We have a Great Dane and the fence wasn't working properly, so we were desperate to find a professional that could come ASAP, but at a reasonable cost. Laurie, from Dogwatch Hidden Fences, definitely met all our needs! She understood our urgency and was there within 24 hours. Laurie was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, AND charged a very reasonable fee for her services! It took Laurie about 90 minutes to fix our fence. After we lost a second dog to the dangers of the road in 7 years, we decided we needed more than a back yard fence. The dogs just as easily sneak out the front door! So we had the entire yard done with an Invisible Fence by Stateline. They were fantastic. The product is far superior to any other kind in its class and well worth the price. Reasonable! We thought we'd NEVER get our Yorkie with NO attention span (remember the dog from "Up?" Squirrel!) to stay in the yard. Surely he'd run through it! But he DID learn! It took a bit more training but he got it and Stateline was there to help train every step. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Stateline put in our original underground fencing. They do an excellent job of educating the owner and pet about the fence! They attempt to respond to problems ASAP and have always taken care of a problem in a timely manner. We are happy with their service.

Very helpful in determining what we really needed and advising on appropriate solutions. We have used the product for a full year and it has performed exactly as promised. A good experience for our dog. Very reassuring for us that our pet is safe and happy when we let her out in the yard. Our puppy does the labrador dance of happiness when we take the collar off the hook because she knows it means she can go out and play without being on a leash. She has freedom within the limits of our large side yard. The technology is well designed so that it means play time in the dog's brain but safety in the owner's mind.

We were familiar with the product, Stateline Dogwatch Hidden Fences, having used them when we lived in the Chicago area. We were happy with the product and provider and decided to use them again when we moved to WI.They responded promptly, had a competitive price, and installed our new system in a timely manner. Also, we could use our dog collars that we already owned from before. We have made only one service call in over 4 years when my husband cut through the line using an edger.

They do a great job. They always come out and make repairs when there are any problems.

They are very good. They were great with training the dogs. We once had to call them back when a rototiller guy came out and went through the line; they were very helpful with that. We got another dog and we asked them to train the other dog with the fence, which they did. We are very happy with them.

She is wonderful, just fantastic. I can’t say enough about her. If I have any problems she comes out to fix whatever the problem is. She has a very great work ethic and she has a caring attitude towards my animals. I love her.

We've never had any problems with it since they installed it. It was very good; they were excellent. They were very efficient. We were very pleased.

It was good. We had an accident with the wiring; they were really prompt in getting it repaired. I would recommend them.

Laurie came out with a collar and receiving unit for our new pup. She spent about an hour working with the dog all along the perimeter. She left us with clear instructions for removing the flags gradually. All our dogs are happy and free to roam the yard.

Laurie returned my call the same day, and was very flexible in arranging a time that fit into my work schedule. She arrived promptly and re-installed flags around the perimeter of our yard. She worked with the puppy, encouraging and praising the dog when it did as Laurie wanted. Laurie took the puppy around the entire perimeter and the dog was catching on already at the end of the first training session. Laurie left me with detailed step by step instructions on training the rest of the way.
