Foresight Home Inspection

I don't normally give 5.0 ratings. There is almost always one or two things, HOWEVER this was NOT the case. Excellent timely service, very thorough inspection, even pointing out things we never would have seen. Best of all, the inspector put up with an impromptu butinski (aka my dad) and never was offended or skipped a beat. The best thing ever, he was friendly and respectful and easy to talk too, often encouraging us to ask questions.

Foresight responded in a timely manner and explained everything in detail.

Great work

I can't say enough about John. He spent five hours on my inspection and charged me a very low price. He was thorough and spent more time on problem areas. He was polite and had a sense of humor. After he was finished with the inspection, he walked me through each room pointing out all the problems. I received the inspection report two days later. I had some questions and John promptly called me back explaining everything in detail. He asked me several times if he answered my questions. If I need another inspection, I would hire John in an instant. I would definitely refer him to my friends and family.

I hired a man named Jon. He was very thorough with his work and patient with us while he explained and showed us everything he found. He was also very quick to respond to any questions we had after. His emailed evaluation came in about 2 days after the inspection with a very detailed list of things that even had pictures. It was very easy to read and understand. I highly recommend him to others. For the time we did it, he even had a discounted price for the month which helped out a lot.

Jon is did a great job. He was able to come by on short notice due to my deadline. He spent a lot of time walking through the house and explained everything to me as we went along. He was inspecting my first rental property and was nice to give other rental advice and recommend others to provide needed repairs, etc. Very friendly. Highly recommended!

He knows what he's doing. He treated the house like if he was going to buy it. Paid attention to all kinds of details. He was honest about everything.
