Description of Work: Contacted him for possibility of general contractor for house build. He contacted us quickly, met with us, and has been a home builders dream. We have finalized plans, price specification sheet and signed a contract. He has had three appointments with us and answered all of our questions. Very professional and easy to deal with. He has drawn plans to our specifications and made changes per our requests and gave us a detailed list of cost to build. Despite attempts to pay him for the service provided he states , when it is time to build, obtain permits, then I will need funds. Honest and confident in his ability along with 25+ years experience. You can't wrong hiring Guy to build a house. We have seen several projects finished and at different stages and all were quality. ,

 + -1 moreExcellent. Cunningham Construction provides exceptional quality in all home projects whether small or massive as our latest one was. We highly recommend them for any house renovation or new construction. They do not hide any costs, so when you receive the contract you know what you are paying for. Highly recommend as have had Cunningham Construction working on our home and buildings for the past 15 years.
Description of Work: Contractor for our whole house renovation and adding on two additions (about 1,200 sq ft).
