Description of Work: I have dual French doors leading out to my deck. One door had moisture damage and was rotting from the bottom. Put the job out to bid and received quotes between $1,200 to $1,600 - and was told that I would have to replace the doors and frame work. I called Raymundo who came out and evaluated the condition of the door and said that he could replace the rotting part, without damaging the frame, glass, or remaining door. Raymundo is an excellent tradesman - old school. His work was meticulous. He didn't want any money until the job was complete and I was satisfied. I've tried, and you just can't find an expert with this this level of knowleadge and integrity anymore. Its a pleasure to watch him work - hes that good. I highly recommend Raymundo and would use him again in a heartbeat.
