+ -1 moreThey broke Halloween decorations while edging instead of calling me to let me know they left it as is for me to come out and find, when I asked 3 of them that were standing nearby all of them said they dont speak english so I wasnt able to talk to anybody in person, I tried finding their legitimate address or phone # online and they seem really hard to reach. Was not looking for the decorations to be replaced, just an apology would have sufficed rather than not saying anything.

+ -1 moreI had to leave 3 messages before I finally was able to connect. While his price was very much lower than the two other estimates, It was also the first and additional work that the provider we eventually chose suggested were not bid out. Even though we discussed removing the bushes and I asked for ideas, nothing was ever suggested. So I don't really know if I would use them in the future or not.
Description of Work: We were looking for fall and spring clean up to include pruning bushes, mulch and blowing out beds and removing debris from lawns. We also briefly discussed removing 3 bushes and replacing with something else.

+ 0 moreThey are really good. I pay $300 a month for that service and I pay for the snow removal per visit. He is wonderful. He takes excellent care of the lawn and does a great job making sure everything is beautiful.
Description of Work: I use Sitarz Landscape & Maintenance weekly for lawn and yard maintenance and he also does snow removal in the winter.

+ -1 moreThey do a great job but trying to get hold of the guy who runs the company is horrible. It is difficult to get him to call back. The crew is professional but the guy who owns the company isn’t, because he doesn’t communicate well. The price is very competitive and better than a lot of other providers.
Description of Work: We have used Sitarz Landscape & Maintenance to do a lot of miscellaneous landscaping jobs for us. They also do our lawn mowing once a week. The last time they were here, they did the spring yard-cleanup and some replanting.
