+ -1 moreWe replaced our water heater in March of this year with a brand new- larger unit. Low and behold, 3 months later it went out. This company purchase and installed the unit. We called Brian (the owner)- no response. Paid another company to take a look, Found out it was a defect with the unit. Brian claimed he doesn’t usually install those units and advised to call the manufacture for assistance. After hours on the phone, the manufacturer could not come out for almost a week, Brian said he was going on vacation and had no guys available. Terrible service, very unresponsive, and offered the bare minimum of assistance. Unprofessional and would not recommend.
