Concrete ramp and pavement to replace wood ramp to back basement door. ramp: 7' x 3'; flat pavement: 5' x 3'. Remove and replace damaged portion of rear sidewalk, replace half patio (pavers) with concrete, replace concrete pad under generator. sidewalk: 10' x 5' + 4' x 8'; patio: 5' x 18'; generator pad: 4' x 3'.

+ 0 moreThe crew was very professional and their work is beautiful and better than the foundation of the original house. John Pittman was a pleasure to work with. They cleaned up the site when they were finished. It was a big job and they worked hard to have it finished in a timely manner. We can't recommend them enough. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: John Pittman and crew of Abel Concrete removed an existing concrete stairway, dug the foundation for a home addition, constructed the foundation for the new room and built a new, reconfigured stairway. They also did the preliminary work for a dry well.

Abel and his team are very professional and work neatly and quickly. Always a good experience. They do both small and large jobs!
Description of Work: Lifted concrete sidewalk, tore out and formed a new back stoop by rear door, repaired deep cracks in outdoor dog runs, ripped and replaced approx 20 feet of broken/sparred concrete. Removed debris from property.

I had very few questions, the job was pretty straightforward but the questions, I did have it answered, it's not that complicated.
