Description of Work: I was trying to buy a house at an auction. I needed to know the cost of putting in central air and a heat pump. Steve Little was good to give my an approximate cost on the phone. He also offered to come and look at the house and give me a more accurate cost. I took him up on this. He was so good to return calls and get back to me, as well as, come on his own time to check things out for me. I really appreciated his time and help.
