Description of Work: Art cleaned the wall-to-wall carpeting, including over 37 stairs, and three area rugs in our multi-level town home in Lisle, IL. Unlike other cleaners, he began by vacuuming all the carpeting, including each individual stair (even the risers!). Then he sprayed a pre-treating cleaning solution on all the carpeting, and followed that with cleaning all the carpeting with his truck-mounted hot water extraction cleaning system. Every stair tread, every riser, and all other carpeting and rugs were thoroughly cleaned. Art was not afraid to get down on his hands and knees and clean any troubled spots by spraying another cleaning solution onto the spots. After cleaning he then sprayed an undiluted carpet protector (Scotchgard) onto the carpeting and rugs, and then followed by grooming all (stairs included) the carpeting. He cleaned up and left the place looking one-thousand percent better than before he arrived.
