+ -1 moreHe arrived early as he (impressively) remembered that I mentioned I would be cutting it close with other obligatons that afternoon. Very friendly, professional, listened to my concerns, asked to be shown around, then got right to work. Actually showed me the obviously bad part & explained what it was causing, which is always good to know. Went above & beyond explaining the type of a/c unit I have & what problems may arise, in his experience. Even suggested the best fliters. He gave many preventative maintenance tips which were much appreciated, and yet, he didn't carry on forever. He did a lot and gave sound advice in the time he was here. Well worth every penny! & my a/c works wonderfully.
Description of Work: Cleaned/checked my a/c & replaced a non-functioning part. Also needed more freon.
