WILSHORE ELECTRIC

I called Wilshore. They were prompt and professional. They removed the old, burned out line and fished new lines (an additional neutral line to enable future home automation switches). This is the kind of business I love to find on Angie’s. Owner’s are involved in the delivery of service and are proud of their professionalism. They were a great find!

Good, on time and service oriented.

How did it go? Perfectly. All communication was prompt and thorough. The work itself was finished efficiently. Martin and Piotr, who did the work, answered any questions I had and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. Both they and Tom and Jon had worthwhile suggestions before and as the work went along. Tom got the Com Ed final inspection set up and hung around until they showed up. I was quite satisfied with the final cost. I don't anticipate needing any other work, but I would highly recommend Wilshore for any residential work.

Perfect. These guys were nothing but professional and left my home spotless. The attention to detail was unmatched. I've used multiple electricians. These guys "blow away" all others. And, best of all, extremely punctual and "get right to it." I cannot recommend them more - and they were dealing with expensive fixtures and they were beyond careful with them.

John was great. He came in dealt with my issue immediately and made sure there were not any issues. He did a great job.

The exterior light wasn't done, fuse was. We were given a quote and when the electrician arrive he said he didn't have time to do the exterior switch and that the quote Ionly covered them showing up and didn't include any of the work. My husband was home, not me so I was unable to dispute.

Overall great job. Estimate was spot on, so there were no surprises. Price was competitive. The quality of the work was very clean and professional. All options were discussed prior to starting anything. Jon was polite and patient with me as I'm not well versed in electrical terms. The technicians were professional, efficient and made sure all my services were working properly before leaving. The only thing I would have wished for, would have been a heads-up phone call prior to showing up at my door for the work. Minor, but would have helped me plan a little better for their arrival. I would for sure recommend Wilshore Electric for future work.

Quite well. Had some problems scheduling work due to company's high workload and our vacation. Day work was to being company called to say electrician was sick, but they would send two electricians the next day to get the job done on time. They appeared next morning, reviewed tasks, and immediately began work. They were able to consult with me about lighting options for back stairs; we concluded it was best to install the ground-level outlets and for me to decide later what type of low-voltage lighting we might want. Finished within about 5 hours total.

Very promptly returned call, great job of quickly fixing and getting the electricity restored to our porch.

He came out and fixed it and was really good.

Installation of home theater and numerous fixtures. Did job on time, within budget, and made recommendations that saved us money. If you live on the North Shore, Wilshore should be your first call.

Prompt and professional. At first he thought I might need to buy a whole new fixture, but then he figured he could just replace the socket and sure enough that worked. Also discovered that when the socket blew it took the wall switch with, he replaced that too. I'd definitely used them again high recommend them to others. Very reasonable price.

They are very wonderful, very knowledgeable, clean and fast. He did a wonderful job, he changed some switches out, he converted it to 210, they were great. I got him from my upholster guy. They were very thorough, very professional, very knowledgeable about lighting, bulbs and what is and what to use and where, and honest and decent. If I want to have some work done and he pretty much let me know, if I want to put in an outside lighting, it was a bad idea, it wouldn't work, he's very honest, we were very pleased with this company. They were really good.

I was very pleased with Wilshore Electric from the time I contacted the company until I received the bill in the mail. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company in the future for all of my electrical needs.

They answered their phone calls promptly. They scheduled in a very reasonable and short period which was a great convenience to me. They came exactly when they said. The fellows who came out were very educational that they not only did the job, did the job well I was very satisfied with the work. He showed and taught me a few things which were useful for me to know about my house and the price was good. Over all he did an excellent job. I thought his price was reasonable.

They are very courteous and professional. This was the second time I used them. Their hourly rate is competitive. Only con was having to wait for an appointment for the following week after I called. Great guys who do good work and who are trustworthy.

The electrician was punctual, worked quietly and efficiently. Seemed to know what he was doing. Finished within the six hours estimated for the job. The Angie's List 10% coupon was honored.

They are wonderful. They are quick to respond and they get everything done quickly. They are very neat and tidy.

They seemed fine and satisfactory in their work, but it seemed that they could only do install and replace work. Their location is at a convenient place close to our house.

Even though Jon was short a man (due to illness) and had another client that day, he split his time between our home and other client's home, driving back and forth throughout the day to check on the work and also assist Peter in the work. His rates are reasonable and the job was completed in a day. We were thrilled with the end result and will definitely use Wilshore again in the future.

This was not an emergency but an electrical repair that was too complicated for my husband. My long time electrician had retired and I turned to Angie's List for referrals for a new electrician. My experience with Wilshore was excellent and very professional and courteous from my initial phone call to the service call. The service technician arrived on time and did his work quickly and competently. I will definitely use this company for electrical work in my home again.
