Shabahang Royal Carpet

My wife and I have shopped with Shabahang Royal Carpet, father and son, for more than ten years. We return regularly because they are gracious, informative, have an ever-changing inventory of beautiful and high-end rugs, are always fair -- and their prices are good. We have also returned to ask them to clean or -- once -- make a delicate repair on a favorite carpet. They are meticulous, thorough, and do wonderful work. Some rug stores can be intimidating or high-pressure -- not Shabahang, ever. Unless you school yourself, it is difficult to know when you are buying a good product or getting good value. We have learned that we can always rely on the professionalism and quality of Shabahang. Two of our favorite pieces of furniture in the house are very special rugs we found at Shabahang, and we treasure them.

An experience above and beyond my best hopes! We needed to replace an area rug and we saw the tent sale sign. I went in later and Esfahan was such a help! He patiently showed many rugs, took out the ones I liked. I said I would have to have my husband look at them and he said they would bring them to the house! The brought them the next day. Esfahan's father and helper came. They were wonderful. After putting each of the rugs down, we all agreed on the one we liked best (even though it was not the most expensive...they are interested in a great fit and customer happiness). Mr. Shabahang measured the rug pad we had and had the helper cut it while I paid for the rug. The rug is of excellent quality and is just beautiful! We walk past it and sigh with delight. The price was also excellent with the tent sale. From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. And we have an exquisite rug that will last generations. Thank you!!!
