They were very responsive to our call. They came out right away and took care of the problem. It was great to have that kind of service. I was glad that they were able to fix the problem as soon as they did as we were expecting company. Everything was finished and he was gone before they arrived.

They were accommodating when coming to scheduling. I had conflicts and they worked around them. The job took within the time frame they estimated.

They called to confirm they were on their way (they did initially indicate an approximate time of day). They were polite, efficient, and, of course, very helpful. They not only stopped the leaks, but replaced valves that were calcified to the point of less flow through faucets (probably not checked since original installation in the 20's or 30's). We were indeed grateful that the cost was within our reach, and that we didn't have to replace the old faucet and/or piping, which, I'm certain, would have incurred more expenses!! We will certainly call upon them to help us with other plumbing needs in a heartbeat!

I called Wilmette Plumbing at 8:07 a.m. on a Monday morning, and got the answering service. At 8:09 my call was returned. I described my problem and the work was scheduled. By 9 a.m. the plumber had arrived to do the work, and by 10:15 he was done. The entire experience was positive - polite and professional service, reasonable rates, prompt service.

He was not at all interested in making a sale. He was extremely courteous and informed me that I only needed to have this done every other year. The way that he treated us was like I was having a family member in the house working; he was very nice! I was very impressed!

Very satisfied with the service. They called before coming (as agreed) and explained the work they were doing. Service was quick and cleanup fine.

These guys are horrible. After scoping my sewer line and rodding it, they left, never offered a solution, and never called or came back. To fix my problem, I had to have another team in to scope my line and that was another $300. The next team made a video -- so that could be used by other plumbers. I ultimately got another crew (due to scheduling) to fix the problem I found with the second crew. They were nice guys, but this was not their best work.

I called Lucke and spoke with DeeDee, explaining that we needed our boiler serviced and a lot of leaks and slow drains repaired. This was prompted by an increase in our water bill and it looked like the leaks were the cause. Dee-Dee was friendly and efficient in scheduling. Dave called to say that he would come by in fifteen minutes. I asked if he could make it thirty and he was fine about it. He displayed the most professional manner of anyone who has done work at our house. After I went over with him our problems, he immediately set about the many jobs - first getting our boiler in good shape and identifying a safety hazard that we corrected. In the past we had another company and it was very uneven with the service people generally telling us that we needed a new boiler (''it probably won't last the winter''). Well, none of that with Dave - he assessed it and told us that it's working fine. Then he fixed many leaking faucets indoor and out and cleared many slow drains.

Great guys, likable, honest, well priced, and provided good pricing visibility.

Arrived promptly, performed the work quickly and well, and for a fair price.

I don't know what we did wrong. The serviceman came, looked at our sink and dsposal we needed installed, and said he would call us to let us know when he could do the work. That was three weeks ago and we haven't heard from him.

Excellent service. I called them at 8:00AM and they were at my house at 9:00AM. Problem solved quickly and well, worked methodically, and cleaned up after themselves.

All in all, great experience. We've used them before and will use them again. Since the leak had been happening for a while, there was a bit of a mess under the sink. I am pregnant and they offered to clean it up for me a bit before leaving so that I didn't have to handle harsh cleaning chemicals. I thought that was a very nice touch!

What a great experience. Dominick was not only friendly and thorough but gave me a heads up on a couple of things, as we are planning a remodel in the kitchen. I will definitely give them a call for an estimate on a bathroom remodel as well. Angie's list was right on with the experiences reported.

AS ALWAYS, A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COURTEOUS, WELL PRICED, AND BEST OF ALL, CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

REPAIR WAS EXCELLENT. PLUMBER MADE SUGGESTIONS FOR KEEPING THE SITUATION UNDER CONTROL.

I CALLED THEM BACK AND ASKED WHY THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP AND THEY SAID THEY WERE BUSY AND ASKED IF I WANTED TO RESCHEDULE AND I DECLINED.

VERY QUICK SERVICE. ARRIVED ON THE SAME DAY WITHIN A COUPLE HOURS OF MY CALL. HE EVEN CHECKED OUT AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET AND ICE MAKER FOR ME. DID NOT CHARGE ME FULL AMOUNT OF SERVICE CALL, EVEN THOUGH HE WAS NOT GOING TO GET THE JOB BECAUSE OF THE WARRANTY. VERY PLEASANT AND HONEST. SUCH A CHANGE FROM OTHER SERVICE MEN I HAVE DEALT WITH. WOULD DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN.

AS WE WERE MOVING INTO OUR NEW HOME WE DISCOVERED THAT WE COULD NOT HOOK UP OUR GAS DRYER. WE WERE ANXIOUS TO GET OUR DRYER HOOKED UP AND OPERATING. THE COMPANY RETURNED OUR CALL WITHIN AN HOUR AND HAD SOMEONE AT OUR HOUSE WITHIN THE NEXT HOUR. BEFORE THE MOVERS WERE DONE, OUR DRYER WAS ALL SET. ALSO, BOB CHECKED OUT SOME OTHER ISSUES THAT TURNED OUT NOT TO BE PROBLEMS. HE TOOK THE TIME AND ENERGY TO HELP US EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS NOT FORMALLY PART OF THE SERVICE CALL. BOB WAS PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT.

THEY DO GOOD WORK, A BIT PRICEY, BUT OVERALL PLEASED WITH THEM

THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL US BACK AND NEVER DID. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS AND WORK HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD!

WORKMANSHIP AND PRICING WERE EXCELLENT. THEY WERE AN HOUR LATE FOR THE ACTUAL WORK APPOINTMENT AND FAILED TO CONTACT US THAT THEY WERE GOING TO BE TARDY. I''D KEEP THEM ON THE LIST.
