They do a fine job.

They are very flexible and organized. The cleaning price is reasonable and the service is good. If you have any issues with the cleaning they are prompt to make corrections. It has only been a few months but presently we are satisfied with the service and the cleaner is very nice and friendly.

I have used Emilia's Cleaning Service for over two years. Emilia is very well organized and alerts me in advance if a change in my cleaning day must occur. Emilia tries very hard to accommodate me if I must change a date for cleaning. The lady who works at my house is very pleasant. She is very thorough in her work and my house is always very clean when she leaves. She is also very careful and has never damaged anything while she works. I look forward to seeing her on the days that she comes to clean.

The woman from Emilia's shows up on time and does a thorough job. She gets in all the corners and takes out the trash at the end of her session. Everything is spotless. Even my sister, who was visiting and has almost impossible standards, found nothing to complain about. All I have to do is let her in and camp out on the couch. I always love the way my condo looks after Emilia's has been there.

4 hours of house cleaning once a month

We have used Emilia's Cleaning Agency for over 15 years, and think they are wonderful. We have a split-level home and 3 bedrooms, so there are several floors to clean. We have 3 cats and two kids, so it gets very dusty and cluttered. Zdisia has been cleaning our house for a long, long time and we love her. She is very efficient and always shows up on time and never misses anything. And she is very sweet and knows enough English that we can communicate with her. Emilia is very responsive to our needs, especially if we have a special holiday or vacation planned and need to reschedule a cleaning. She also will contact us if there are any problems (like if we have water in the house from a heavy rain, etc.) She runs a good business and we are happy to support it.

It went very well. So well that I am now using them as my regular house cleaning service.

Kathy was very thorough, working through all the points we had outlined for her on a checklist. Everything was dusted, blinds cleaned, floors vacuumed, and bathrooms and kitchen cleaned beautifully. Kathy usually finishes the entire job in 2.5-3 hours. In addition to being efficient, she is personable, responsive and reliable. We find it easy to communicate with Emilia's via email.

Eva does a wonderful job and I would highly recommend this company. We requested an emergency cleaning and Eva wasn't available, but the woman they sent was just as wonderful! You can't go wrong with them!

I think I hired Emilia’s to do regular, bi-weekly cleaning in early March. I’m pretty sure that the first visit was fine. Nothing fantastic, nothing horrible, just fine. Either my expectations were too low or Kamila’s work began to deteriorate, but I after a few visits, I started noticing things that were just not being cleaned or not being cleaned well. In addition, she didn’t show up for a scheduled cleaning because of traffic. Emilia let me know that it was because of Cubs traffic, which makes no sense to me because I live on the south side. When she showed up over an hour late for the rescheduled appointment, I decided to email Emilia with my thoughts and observations. I told her that I would very much like to continue to have Kamila come to the house but that there were some really important things that HAD to be cleaned every two weeks, the floors and the bathrooms for starters. I had drawn a bath on a day that Kamila had cleaned and when I got in, I could feel soap residue on the sides and the bottom of the tub underneath me. There was shampoo dried to the wall of the shower as well. The tile floors were streaked and not very clean, both in the basement and in the kitchen. I mentioned to Emilia that Kamila had told me she was in the process of cleaning everything so that her visits would be just to maintain the clean, but after a few visits, the floor boards, doors, kitchen cabinets and walls hadn’t been touched. None of the ceiling fans or light fixtures had been wiped down. Further, with 2 dogs and 2 cats there can be a lot of pet hair. Kamila didn’t do a very attentive job vacuuming the stairs, which visibly showed pet hair in the crevices all the way up. Emilia spoke with Kamila and the next time she came to clean I happened to be working from home. Kamila is a very sweet and personable girl and a pleasure to have around, but she’s not good at cleaning. The bathtub was still disgusting, the stairs full of pet hair, the wood floors were swept but not mopped and there were a few items that were mistakenly broke while she was cleaning, all of which I again brought to Emilia’s attention. I have to hand it to Emilia as she’s very bullish with her crew. I didn’t get the sense that she was upset with me for pointing out the fact that Kamila isn’t thorough, but that I dare mention the idea that she accidently broke some things that she should have brought to my attention at the time as I was working a few feet away in the living room. I also never requested compensation. None the less, Emilia reacted in a very defensive matter. She had opportunity to ask Kamila if she had broken any of the items I mentioned, and she had said no. After that, Emilia said she wanted pictures of items I had already thrown out and replaced so that I could offer her some proof. She told me that her girls were great and that sometimes people lie. At that point we both decided it was best to go our separate ways. I harbor no ill will towards Emilia or Kamila, and I hate giving a poor review. I do feel the need to finally share my experiences so that others can objectively decide whether or not to hire Emilia’s Cleaning.

He does a good job. He was very professional. The overall experience was excellent. I would use this service again.
