I found Mark to be extremely responsive and efficient. Within an hour or two of dropping off my laptop, he had emailed me the first update, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I picked up my computer within 24 hours of dropping it off and have not had a glitch with it. I also called Mark some months ago about a separate issue related to another laptop, and he made suggestions on the phone without charging me--a generous act that won him my business this time. Cost listed above was prior to 20% Angies List Coupon, so I actually paid $204.

As we were pretty confident that was in fact the issue, he suggested that he procure a replacement prior to coming over. I provided him with the service tag # for my Dell computer and using the information Dell had on file, ordered the part. When he arrived, it turned out that for some reason, Dell wasn't listing the correct computer under my service tag, I later checked it myself and nope, it wasn't a issue of a typo or anything, Dell was listing my computer as being a min-tower when in fact it is not! So, unfortunately the part that he had wasn't what he needed. Having seen the computer in person, he knew for sure what he required and assured me that he would return the part and get the correct one. He was able to get that turned around quite quickly and as soon as he had the part in hand, scheduled to come out the next morning to address the issue. Once he replaced the power supply, it was confirmed that yep, that was the issue, my computer did now boot up! Yay! Although, oops, as that computer has 2 hard drive and 2 DVDs, he needed an additional part to get everything connected & working. So, he called around to locate the closest source of this part, and ran out to get it. As I had an appointment that I had to go to at that point, I ensured that he was able to get back in and left him to finish things up and he told me that he would just leave me an invoice for the balance. When I arrived home, everything was done, he had put my computer back in it's home, reattached the myriad of peripherals and I was ready to rock! *whew* He did in fact leave an invoice, which reflected the labor at $0 due to the Angie's List deal (although he certainly ended up spending more than an hour with the confusion over the computer model & needing to run out for an additional part, etc.) He only charged me for the replacement parts, which were about $71 total. I have my new "go to" company for any future IT challenges!

I found it very satisfactory. He restored my computer, put in a new security system and he did everything very well. He stayed nearly an hour so I paid another $30 or $40 hours. He stayed at least another 45 minutes to an hour past the time. He put a new security system, installed a cleaner. The computer was crashing and he fixed that. I think it was because of AVG the other security system and that was difficult. I think that he is knowledgeable and calm. He works methodically. I think that he is patient with solving the problem, he keeps working until it was solved. I would say he understood what the problem was. I had a few people out before and they were young kids and they weren't very good at solving anything.

It worked out very well. He was a wonderful guy. He worked really fast. He was a nice guy. He knew what he was doing. He was there on time. It was just a very positive experience. His pricing was fair.

I would recommend Mark. He was punctual and detail orientated. He worked hard to resolve my router problem. I actually plan on having come back out in the future. He was very good.

Mark arrived at the scheduled time and in short order had the printer reconnected. Because I had used Angie's List coupon for 1 hour and paid ahead, he scanned the laptop and deleted some unused files also gave maintenance advice for the laptop. Knowledge of computer and printers is excellent and at a professional level. I was satisified with the work which was performed in a timely manner.

He was able to connect everything for me. The printer would not print and he was able to fix that. He also helped me navigate Quicken. Hardware and Software problems I was having. He was very professional and helpful. He was very patient and showed me what I needed to know.

Mark's overall rating is excellent. Mark was very understanding because I had forgotten our appointment and was not prepared . He was still able to come in evaluate and fix the problem in under an hour. He was very knowledgeable and polite and showed excellent customer service. The issues I had w/ my PC desktop were complex and the accompanying diagnostics were confusing. Being an IT support consultant, I was familiar with the necessary services needed to address my issues, but since I did not have the specialty PC expetise to perform myself I called Computer Nirvana to service my problems. Mark was the consumate profesional and although he could only resolve 2 of 3 issues, he applied due diligance to analyzing and resolving what he could. He communicated his evaluations & recommendations very well. I definitely would use him again to diagnose & resolve future PC problems.

We had an extremely positive experience with Mark Litton. He was very methodical in troubleshooting and solving our problem. We would definitely use him again for other computer or computer related problems and would recommend him highly.

When I called and left a message, Mark called me back immediately. We scheduled a visit. He showed up on time and is a very pleasant person. He got right to work and figured out what was wrong with my computer. I needed a new power supply, disk drive, more memory and the wireless router needed work. Some of the work he was able to do that day. He ordered the power supply and when it came in, he came by again and installed it. The disk drive was already ordered and Mark will be coming by to install it. I am more than satisfied with the work that Mark has done and would gladly work with him again.

Mark was able to schedule an appointment quickly after initial contact. He was very thorough making sure to check all options and solutions were working. He was late to both appointments, due to other jobs/clients, but called to let me know. He spent additional time at his office researching the best solution for our problem. I have already recommended this company!
