I have casement windows and originally bought Roman shades for them. They were inside mount shades, and after they were installed, I could no longer remove and replace storm windows or screens. I told Calico their installer should have noticed the problem; he is window treatment expert--not I. Calico agreed that I needed an outside mount treatment; I selected plantation shutters which were beautifully installed yesterday. Calico covered the cost of the shutters and will credit me for the difference between the shades and the shutters. Calico provided very professional service and should behind their service. I will definitely return there.

They have a whole range of fabric; you can spend a fortune or not. They have very good contracting installers. I've bought lots of fabric from them. I've also done two different rooms of window treatments.

I picked out the fabric at their place. They picked up the chair, re-upholstered it, and returned it to me. They did it on schedule as promised. I had found the fabric that I was looking for and decided to try them for the job. They were very good about the scheduling and I was very impressed with that. The cost of the fabric was included in their price.

The staff at Calico Corners was very helpful/insightful when it came to selecting the perfect fabric. We picked an expensive fabric which brought the final price above what we had originally budgeted for but it looks beautiful. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. I am rating overall experience as a high B, almost A.

I showed up to the store location and browsed until I found the material I wanted. The sales person offered to help me at first but I knew what I wanted to simply wanted to look on my own. She left me to my thoughts until I was ready to order. When I was ready, she helped me place my order. They scheduled to pick up my furniture and they delivered it in 2 weeks to my new home.
