 + -1 moreWithout his assistance we would have been at the mercy of contractors and would not have gotten our money's worth. The contractor selected turned out to be excellent and all owners are very satisfied with the quality of the materials and the visual result.
Description of Work: Consulted for our townhome association on project to replace exterior siding on 6 townhomes. Advised on options of repair versus replacement. We ultimately elected to replace with new siding at a total cost of about $140,000. Bayley advised on specifications for the replacement materials, recommended contractors and assisted in evaluating the bids.
