It went very well. he is always professional. His costs are competitive and he is very dependable. Dorian is my go to person for anything electrical. I will continue to use Adams Electric Co and recommend their service.

Altho this was a request for a small job, a faulty light switch made it very inconvenient to have no ceiling lights in our family room, esp during the holidays. Because the switch worked intermittantly, we were concerned that it might be something more than just the swcith. (We have an old house!) We live within walking distance of Adams, so called them hoping to get a quick appt. They were booked for several weeks, but I made the first available appt. The lady at Adams agreed that since it was a small task and nearby as well, they would try to fit me in earlier whenever they had a free moment... About a week later they called me one afternoon to ask if I might be at home (and sadly I was not); then they called the very next day and the electrician met me at my house in exactly the half-hour he promised. He was polite, professional, and very capable. He looked at the wiring and the switch, replaced it with one from his truck, and was done in record time!

It went really well. Our project took on some urgency when we had a short that took power out of one of our rooms. Pat was very responsive and got an electrician out to us the next business day. The work was efficient and professional, and we'll definitely use them again. Their hourly rate was better than similar looking companies as well.

Although this was a small repair job, Joe was punctual, courteous, answered all questions. After the lamp was repaired they were kind enough to deliver it back to me. They have completed larger electrical installations for me 2 years ago and I would not use another electrical contractor.

They're punctual. The prices are good. They just did an overall good job. We go back as far as 1993. I would not consider using any other electrician. Other electricians, while they're licensed, they don't have the same quality of work and they just don't do as a good enough job. I've used several people before them for years and they weren't as consistently as good and I just think it's important that people provide the same level of the service. They were informative and did what they needed to do. It was just a good experience for me.

Worked on two occasions this year and very punctual, courteous, careful and cleaned up everything. They did a lot of work in a reasonable length of time. The nicest people and very experienced. Have used them in the past to hang a ceiling fan and other wiring work and would not use another electrician in our area.

Adams came out on the same day between jobs and took care of everything within an hour. They are very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I would definitely recommend them.

I wanted to purchase the coupon for 2 hours of service, but since the address was listed as Chicago I thought I should find out if he traveled out to Batavia. I left several messages inquiring about service area but received no response. I guess I got my answer. Would not use or recommend anyone who does not respond to repeated inquiries.

Positive experience, The scheduler and the electricians themselves were timely, dependable, and knowledgeable about older houses and specific challenges relative to the electrical connections. I would definitely recommend them to others in need of electrical work.

I think this company did well. They made a little mistake and were quick to fix it.

I called Adams to fix our central vacuum. They were very nice on the phone and came out quickly. They determined it was the hose and said they would get back to us with the next step. That's when things turned south. They never followed up with us and I had to call several times to get in touch with someone who could help me. When I did get in touch with the repairman he quoted me $340 for the hose and a 4 week time frame to get it. Shocked, I called another company and they quoted me $150 for the exact same hose and I had it in 4 days. And then it turned out that Adams had given me the wrong hose number so I had to return it and get another one. They were very nice on the phone and in person and they did not charge me for the visit to my home due to all of the headache, but I was still disappointed with the ordeal as a whole.

Very disappointing. They sent a repairman who took out the lights and after some time said that the problem was beyond his capabilities and that we would have someone else come to assess/fix the problem. After not hearing from them for 3 weeks, I phoned and was told that they had been busy and would re-schedule. Two phone calls later the job was rescheduled for a week later. They didn't show up or call, so we called and were told that the electricians were busy on another job and would have to reschedule again or they could come late, but probably couldn't finish the job the same day. Both my wife and I spoke to the same person at Adams and sensed a very unfriendly attitude, as if we were bothering them by calling to get the job finished. Adams has been around for a long time and we wanted to support a local business, but we were very disappointed. We called another electrician, North Shore Electric, who we found on Angie's List. They came and finished the job the same day we called.

The guy who came out was a nice guy, and the work that he did complete was fine - but before he could finish all of the work we needed he was being relocated to another job and promised to come back the following week - this was a bit of a problem for us because we were in the middle of a kitchen remodel and we needed the work done by a certain day in order to prepare for the next installation in the kitchen. We ended up having someone else finish the job who could get out to us faster.

He came out right away, was very prompt, and did the job quickly. They bill you, so you don't have to write out a check that very minute.

The electrician was on time, very courteous and worked quickly. Prices high, but with resulting quality. Had to order a part, stopped back in a week and only took 15 minutes to install. Happy with experience

WE HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES FOR VARIOUS ELECTRICAL JOBS. THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME, AND FRIENDLY.

THOUGH THE WORKERS WERE NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL, I WILL NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN DUE TO INCONSISTENCIES IN BILLING. TOO MANY OF THE ITEMS THAT WE DISCUSSED WERE LEFT OFF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT AND LEFT AS A MISCELLANEOUS WORK LINE ITEM FOR WHICH I WAS BILLED AN EXTRA $1500. THIS ENDED UP TAKING SEVERAL WEEKS TO RESOLVE BEFORE THEY LOWERED THE BILL TO $900. I WOULD ALWAYS PREFER TO HAVE SOMEONE OVERESTIMATE THE FINAL COST THAN SIGNIFICANTLY UNDERESTIMATE THE COST.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. ON TIME. COURTEOUS.

VERY POLITE TECHNICIAN WHO MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD WHAT WAS DONE AND WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN THE FUTURE. WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

PRICES WERE VERY HIGH RELATIVE TO THE COMPETITION.

SECOND TIME TO USE THIS COMPANY. EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN VERY PROMPT, PLEASANT, AND CAPABLE.
