Ace of Spray

We hired Ace of Spray to wash a concrete patio, front walkway, and some limestone caps at our condo building. To start off, they did not show up on the scheduled day. Then after numerous calls and emails they did come. They were in and out in less than an hour and did not call to have me look over the work before they left. Once I looked at it the front walkway was not washed at all and other areas were missed. I called the rep who gave us the quote and he said he would look into it and to send him pictures. After multiple emails he said they would come back to address the missed areas. They did not show up again on the date they were supposed to and did not contact me until a day later. He then gave us another day they would return and were not on time. I met the technician and he had a very surly attitude and seemed very irritated we complained. He rushed over the front walkway. When he left there were big streaks where areas were not washed. This is a horrible and unprofessional company.

I used the online form to request quotes for both power washing and re-staining a three-story porch and re-striping a parking lot. I was really impressed to get an almost immediate response, quick turn around on the estimate, and follow-up reminders. Ace of Spray was very prompt and professional. Though my condo board opted for a competing proposal, we would consider hiring Ace of Spray in the future.
