Ty from Wildlife Police called me back very shortly after I put through an Angie's list request. He was over the very next day and found the prints of the traffic pattern of the squirrel. He set up a trap in my garage attic. Soon after we never heard the squirrel back. Ty came back and first put a temporary covering of my hole to make sure there was no tampering. He came back the following day to put on a more permanent cover. All this under one price. I would highly recommend.

I was happy with the service and found him straight forward. Being the home owner, I wanted the raccoon out now. However, things just don’t work that way. Without writing a long story, I do recommend Wildlife Police and put him in the top couple of percent of people I hired to do work. You would have a hard time finding better.

Ty was really amazing. We had a conversation about my concerns, I was able to text pictures of a suspected skunk nest under my front porch and he came to set a trap and investigate even though I was not home to meet him. He would not accept payment until we resolved whether removal was required or not (it wasn't). He's incredibly knowledgeable and generous with his schedule. Ty removed 4 squirrels with live traps, verified that there were no others in the space, and then sealed up the area where they got in. Ty was professional and an educator through the entire process. He came out to the house 4 times to check and remove traps. Ty even took care of another area where birds set up a nest in my roof line. Than you Ty!

Ty came out to our home and thoroughly inspected our attic. He found we had mice and gave me instructions on how we could eliminate the problem ourselves. He explained he could take care of the problem but since he would have to come to our home several times, it would be more cost effective for us to do it ourselves if we were able. I appreciated that he took the time to answer all of my questions. Ty charged a minimal fee for the service call. I would not hesitate to recommend Wildlife Police.

If I could give Ty an A+++ rating I would! I was cleaning out our detached garage today and came upon a large opossum who had moved in. I called Wildlife Police and they were here in under an hour! He captured the animal and removed it within 5 minutes and left a trap in case there are more. He was very knowledgeable and described the animal's habits and what to look for to prevent it from happening again.

He arrived just when he said he would, checked out the situation and told us we had a raccoon. He set a baited trap and within two days, he captured a female raccoon. He removed the raccoon and with over 40 years of critter experience, he noted that she had not had a litter of kits (a good thing for us). He rebaited the trap at no extra charge and left it for another week, just in case she had friends. No more raccoons showed up, so we declared this case closed! Ty was always "on-the-dot" with his arrival times, and spent over an hour explaining the habits of the animals, how best to eliminate them, etc. He charges flat rates, a feature we really liked- $95 for an examination of your property, diagnosis, and trap setting, and $65 for animal removal. He did not charge extra for re-setting the trap, giving us hints, etc., and he also gave us a $10 senior discount.

No animal was found at the time of the inspection, however, there was evidence of bat and mice presence. Ty thoroughly explained how he came to his conclusions and what actions need to be taken next. I would classify him as an expert in his field and would definitely recommend his services.

Saturday September 3rd, Ty came and made a very extensive inspection of an attic area and roof. He was very well informed and made suggestions about viewing , at sunset, to assess the extent and numbers of bats that may inhabit the structure. He explained what services he can provide to secure the areas and gave an estimate for the additional measure that could be provided.

Ty called me back immediately and came out to my house within 20 minutes, He asked some questions, went up in the attic and evaluated the noise. Turns out it as a mechanical issue and he kindly resolved it. He would not accept any money and advised me of another issue I had in the attic interior. Plus gave me a referral! Fat, professional, nice person to work with -I am very grateful for the "favor"!

Ty is another winner I found on Angie's List. He knows everything and anything about a multitude of critters. He can easily identify what animal is investigating by prints, smells, size of holes and any other information he can gather from the site. We had a raccoon living under an addition and we were able to catch 2 raccoons, a skunk and a possum. Ty gave me a number of suggestions for preventative maintenance for both critters and mice. I would highly suggest Ty to help catch any critters you have lurking on your property.

A skunk made a bunker next to my house/under my deck. Troy came out and assess the situation and set up a trap. Skunk was not caught during the process. However, did catch a possum. Skunk was not present after a week. Troy did go over all different scenarios - skunk could leave area searching for more food, get killed elsewhere (we think it go hit by a car a couple of blocks away), or killed by another animal. Troy discussed the best way to barricade my deck in the future. He was very knowledgeable.
